چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف از اﻧﺠﺎم اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﭘﯿﺶﺑﯿﻨﯽ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن اﺑﺘﺪاﯾﯽ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﺳﺒﮏ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻣـﺪﯾﺮان و ﺑﺎﺗﻮﺟـﻪ ﺑـﻪ ﻧﻘﺶ واﺳﻄﻪاي رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﺑﻮد. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪي آﻣﺎري، ﮐﻠﯿﻪي ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن اﺑﺘﺪاﯾﯽ ﺷﻬﺮ ﺳﻘﺰ ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد آﻧﻬﺎ ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ ﺑـﺎ 633 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ . ﺣﺠﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻓﺮﻣﻮل ﮐﻮﮐﺮان و روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮي ﺧﻮﺷـﻪاي 239 ﻧﻔـﺮ ﺑـﻪ دﺳـﺖ آﻣـﺪ. روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﻪ ﺷﯿﻮهي ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ - ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﺑﻪﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺟﻤﻊآوري دادهﻫﺎي ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﭘﺮﺳﺶﻧﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎي رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ اﺳﻤﯿﺖ، ﮐﻨﺪال و ﻫﺎﻟﯿﻦ، ﺳﺒﮏ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻟﻮﺗﺎﻧﺰ و ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﭘﺎﺗﺮﺳﻮن در ﺟﻬﺖ ﺳـﻨﺠﺶ اﺳـﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺮدﯾـﺪ. ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎ از آزﻣﻮنﻫﺎي ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ و اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎﻃﯽ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﻪدﺳﺖآﻣﺪه ﺣﺎﮐﯽ از اﯾﻦ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺳﺒﮏ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﯽداري ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن دارد ﺑﻪﻃﻮريﮐﻪ در ﺣﺪ 0/01 ﻣﻌﻨﯽدار اﺳـﺖ. از ﺑـﯿﻦ ﺳـﺒﮏﻫﺎي ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻓﻘﻂ ﺳﺒﮏ اﻧﺴﺎنﻣﺪار ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﯽداري ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺷﻐﻠﯽ و رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﻣﻌﻠﻤـﺎن دارد. از ﺑـﯿﻦ ﻣﺆﻟﻔـﻪﻫﺎي رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺖ ﮐﺎر ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﯽداري ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن دارد. ﺑﺎ واردﮐﺮدن ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﺠﯽ رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺷـﻐﻠﯽ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﻪدﺳﺖآﻣﺪه ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽدﻫﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﺳﺒﮏ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﺑﺮ رﺿﺎﯾﻘﻬﺮت ﺷﻐﻠﯽ و ﺗـﺄﺛﯿﺮ رﺿـﺎﯾﺖ ﺷـﻐﻠﯽ ﺑـﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﮑـﺮد ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﻣﻌﻨﯽدار ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ. ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﺳﺒﮏ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ ﺑﺎ 192/.ﺑﺮآوردﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ آن ﻣﻌﻨﯽدار ﻧﺒﻮد. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻘﺪار tﺑﻪدﺳﺖآﻣﺪه در ﻣﺪل ﮐﻠﯽ ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪﮔﯿﺮي ﻣﯽﺷﻮد ﮐﻪ ﻫﻤﻪي ﻣﺴﯿﺮﻫﺎ درﺣﺪ 01/. ﻣﻌﻨﯽدار اﺳﺖ. از ﻃﺮﻓﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ آﻧﮑﻪ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﻣﺴﯿﺮ ﺑﻪدﺳﺖآﻣﺪه در ﻣﺪل ﻣﺴﺘﻘﯿﻢ ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار ﺷﺪ اﻣﺎ در ﻣﺪل ﻣﯿﺎﻧﺠﯽ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري ﺧﻮد را از دﺳﺖ داد ﻣﯽﺗﻮان ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮔﺮﻓﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﺳﺒﮏ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﮑـﺮد ﺷـﻐﻠﯽ را ﺑـﻪﻃﻮر ﮐﺎﻣـﻞ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﺠﯿﮕﺮي ﻣﯽﮐﻨﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this study was to predict the job performance of primary school teachers based on the management style of principals by considering the mediating role of job satisfaction. The statistical population included all primary school teachers in Saghez city (633 people) by using of Cochran's formula and cluster sampling method sample size was equal to 239 person. Job satisfaction, management style and job performance questionnaires were used to collect data. Descriptive and inferential tests (Structural equation modeling) were used to analyze the data. The results showed that management style had a significant effect on teachers' job performance. Among management styles, only humanistic style had a significant effect on job performance and job satisfaction of teachers. Among the components of job satisfaction, the nature of work had a significant effect on teachers' job performance. Considering the T value of the general model, it is concluded that all paths were significant in 0.01 level. On the other hand, considering that the path coefficient obtained was significant in the direct model but lost its significance in the mediation model, it can be concluded that the job satisfaction variable completely mediates the effect of management style on job performance.
