چكيده فارسي :
ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ در راﺳﺘﺎي اراﯾﻪ ﻣﺪﻟﯽ ﻣﺒﺘﻨﯽ ﺑﺮ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎي ﭼﻨﺪرﺳﺎﻧﻪاي و ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮي اﻟﮑﺘﺮوﻧﯿﮑﯽ ﺑﺮ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﺗﺪرﯾﺲ اﻋﻀﺎي ﻫﯿﺄت ﻋﻠﻤﯽ واﺣﺪﻫﺎي داﻧﺸﮕﺎه آزاد اﺳﻼﻣﯽ اﺳﺘﺎن ﻣﺎزﻧﺪران اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﮐﻠﯿﻪ اﻋﻀﺎي ﻫﯿﺄت ﻋﻠﻤﯽ واﺣﺪﻫﺎي داﻧﺸﮕﺎه آزاد اﺳﻼﻣﯽ اﺳﺘﺎن ﻣﺎزﻧﺪران ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 1532ﻧﻔﺮ ﮐﻪ از ﺑﯿﻦ 14ﺷﻬﺮ ﺑﺎ روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﻃﺒﻘﻪاي ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. داﻧﺸﮕﺎهﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﭘﻨﺞ دﺳﺘﻪ )ﺟﺎﻣﻊ، ﺑﺴﯿﺎر ﺑﺰرگ، ﺑﺰرگ، ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ وﮐﻮﭼﮏ( ﺗﻘﺴﯿﻢ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻓﺮﻣﻮل ﮐﻮﮐﺮان، ﺣﺠﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ 210ﻧﻔﺮ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪ. روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻮع ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ و اﺑﺰار اﻧﺪازه ﮔﯿﺮي ﺷﺎﻣﻞ دو ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﺤﻘﻖﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ در دو ﺑﺨﺶ ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎي ﭼﻨﺪ رﺳﺎﻧﻪاي و ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮي اﻟﮑﺘﺮوﻧﯿﮑﯽ ﺑﺎ 38ﺳﻮال و ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﺗﺪرﯾﺲ ﺑﺎ 40ﺳﻮال ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. رواﯾﯽ ﺻﻮري و ﻣﺤﺘﻮاﯾﯽ اﺑﺰار ﺑﻪ ﺗﺎﯾﯿﺪ ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎن و ﻣﺘﺨﺼﺼﺎن رﺳﯿﺪ؛ از رواﯾﯽ ﺳﺎزه ﻧﯿﺰ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ و ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ آن ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺿﺮﯾﺐ آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ 0 /93ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﺷﺪ و ﺟﻬﺖ آﻧﺎﻟﯿﺰ از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار 22 SPSSو LISREL 8٫5اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎ در ﺑﺨﺶ آﻣﺎر ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ از درﺻﺪ ﻓﺮاواﻧﯽ و ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎي ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ و اﻧﺤﺮاف ﻣﻌﯿﺎر و در ﺑﺨﺶ آﻣﺎر اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎﻃﯽ، از آزﻣﻮن ﮐﻮﻟﻤﻮﮔﺮوف اﺳﻤﯿﺮﻧﻮف اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. در راﺳﺘﺎي اﻫﺪاف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ در ﺑﺨﺶ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺑﻌﺎد و ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎ از آزﻣﻮن ﺗﯽ ﺗﮏ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪاي و در راﺳﺘﺎي ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ ﮔﺮوﻫﯽ آزﻣﻮن ﺗﯽ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻞ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ ﺑﻪﮐﺎر ﺑﺮده ﺷﺪ. در راﺳﺘﺎي ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ارﺗﺒﺎط ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎي ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از آزﻣﻮن ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﭘﯿﺮﺳﻮن و ﺑﺮاي ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ از رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮن ﺧﻄﯽ دو ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮه اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. در ﻧﻬﺎﯾﺖ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از آزﻣﻮن ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري ﺑﻪ اراﯾﻪ ﯾﮏ ﻣﺪل ﻣﻔﻬﻮﻣﯽ از ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎي ﭼﻨﺪ رﺳﺎﻧﻪ اي، ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮي اﻟﮑﺘﺮوﻧﯿﮑﯽ و ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﺗﺪرﯾﺲ ﭘﺮداﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ. درﺟﻪ ﺗﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﻣﺪل ﻧﯿﺰ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎي ﺑﺮازش ﻣﺪل از ﻗﺒﯿﻞ CFI ،NFIو GFIو ﺑﺮآورد ﺧﻄﺎﻫﺎ اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎي ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎي ﭼﻨﺪرﺳﺎﻧﻪاي، ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎي ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮي اﻟﮑﺘﺮوﻧﯿﮑﯽ و اﺑﻌﺎد ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﺗﺪرﯾﺲ اﻋﻀﺎي ﻫﯿﺄت ﻋﻠﻤﯽ در واﺣﺪﻫﺎي داﻧﺸﮕﺎه آزاد اﺳﻼﻣﯽ اﺳﺘﺎن ﻣﺎزﻧﺪران در ﺳﻄﺤﯽ ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮ از ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ اﺳﺖ و ﺗﻤﺎﻣﯽ ﻣﻘﺎدﯾﺮ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﭘﯿﺮﺳﻮن ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎي ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻞ ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎي ﭼﻨﺪرﺳﺎﻧﻪاي و ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮي اﻟﮑﺘﺮوﻧﯿﮑﯽ و ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎي آﻧﻬﺎ ﺑﺎ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ واﺑﺴﺘﻪ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﺗﺪرﯾﺲ و اﺑﻌﺎد آن ﻣﻌﻨﯽدار و ﺟﻬﺖ اﯾﻦ ارﺗﺒﺎطﻫﺎ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ ﺑﻮده و درﺟﻪ ﺗﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﻣﺪل ﻧﯿﺰ در ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ و ﺗﻄﺒﯿﻖ ﺑﺎﻻي 90درﺻﺪ ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ و ﻣﺪل اراﯾﻪ ﺷﺪه از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﺘﺨﺼﺼﺎن داراي ﺑﺮازش ﻧﺴﺒﺘﺎً ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ
چكيده لاتين :
The present study was conducted to provide a model based on the effect of multimedia programs and e-learning on the teaching quality of faculty members of Islamic Azad University of Mazandaran province. The statistical population of all faculty members of the Islamic Azad University of Mazandaran province was 1532 people who were determined from 14 cities by stratified random sampling. Universities were divided into five categories (comprehensive, very large, large, medium and small). Using Cochran's formula, a sample size of 210 people was selected. The research method was survey and measurement tools included two researcher-made questionnaires in two sections of multimedia programs and e-learning with 38 questions and teaching quality with 40 questions. The face and content validity of the tool was approved by experts and specialists; Structural validity was also used and its reliability coefficient was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.93 and SPSS 22 software and LISREL 8.5 were used for analysis. The results showed that the components of multimedia programs, components of e-learning and dimensions of teaching quality of faculty members in Islamic Azad University of Mazandaran are above average and all Pearson correlation values ​​between independent variables of programs Multimedia and e-learning and their components with the dependent variable of teaching quality and its dimensions are significant and the direction of these relationships is positive and the degree of fit of the model is at the appropriate level and adaptation is over 90% and the model presented by Expert opinion has a relatively good fit.
