Investigating the Function of Hermeneutic Theory in Political Development

هدف از اين مقاله، بررسي تئوري هرمنوتيك در توسعه سياسي مي باشد. زيرا شناخت سياسي از طريق هرمنوتيك سبب مي گردد تا بسياري از سوءتفاهمات و اختلافات سياسي از بين رود. از اين رو كه لازمه در صحنه بودنِ مردم كشور، وجود آگاهي و شعور سياسي است كه منجر به توسعه سياسي مي گردد. همچنين برآيند دور هرمنوتيك در تأثير فهم از پيش فهم، منجر به تفسير و تصميم گيري فرد مي شود. براي بررسي اين موضوع، در ابتدا به تعريف واژه هرمنوتيك پرداخته مي شود. سپس نظريات نظريه پردازان در قلمرو و شناخت هرمنوتيك مطرح مي گردد. در مرحله بعد به عوامل تأثيرگذار در هرمنوتيك پرداخته مي شود. در نهايت با ارائه مصاديق تاريخي، نقش هرمنوتيك ضرورت توجه به هرمنوتيك در سياست مورد توجه قرار مي گيرد. از مهم ترين نتايج اين تحقيق، خودآگاهي مردم و نقش فعال مردم در امور سياسي است كه منجر به توسعه سياسي مي گردد.

The purpose of the article is to study the hermeneutic theory in political development. Political cognition through hermeneutics eliminates many political misunderstandings and differences. Therefore, political participation requires the existence of political awareness and consciousness that leads to political development. Also, the result of the hermeneutic cycle in the effect of pre-understanding leads to interpretation and decision-making. To investigate this issue, the term hermeneutics is first defined. Then, theories in the field of hermeneutics and cognition are discussed. In the next step, the influential factors in hermeneutics will be discussed. Finally, by providing historical examples, it will be emphasized to pay attention to hermeneutics in politics. One of the most important results of the research is the self-awareness of the people and the active role of the people in political affairs, which leads to political development.
