بررسي نگرش دولت هاي پس از انقلاب در تحقق تامين اجتماعي بر اساس جايگاه حق مبتني بر برآورد رفاه اجتماعي و فقر و نرخ بيكاري با رويكرد منطق فازي

Investigating the Attitudes of Post-Revolutionary Governments in Realizing Social Security Based on the Right Position According to Estimation of Social Welfare and Poverty and Unemployment Rates with Fuzzy Logic Approach

تأمين اجتماعي راه كار قانوني يا عملي در زمينه عمومي است كه براي امنيت اقتصادي و رفاه اجتماعي اشخاص و خانواده آنان در قبال نقصان درآمدي ناشي از بيكاري، پيري و يا فوت و هم چنين ارتقاء رفاه از طريق خدمات عمومي و حمايت‌هاي اقتصادي طراحي مي‌شوند . هدف اين پژوهش بررسي جايگاه حق در تأمين‌اجتماعي در دولت‌هاي پس از انقلاب مي‌باشد. روش پژوهش، توصيفي و پس رويدادي مبتني بر رويكرد فازي است. در اين پژوهش از داده‌هاي موجود در پايگاه داده‌هاي معتبر داخلي از جمله بانك مركزي و سازمان تأمين‌اجتماعي استفاده شده است. براي پردازش و تحليل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزارهاي Excel, SPSS, fs/QCA استفاده شده است. نتايج نشان داد كه درآمدهاي تأمين اجتماعي شرطي لازم براي كاهش بيكاري، فقر و برخوداري از حق مسكن ورفاه اجتماعي خوب است.

Social security is a legal or practical solution in the public sphere that is designed for the economic security and social welfare of individuals and their families in the face of income loss from unemployment, old age or death, as well as the promotion of welfare through public services and economic support.The purpose of this study is to investigate the position of the right to social security in post-revolutionary governments. The research method is descriptive and post-event based on fuzzy approach. In this research, the data available in valid internal databases, including the Central Bank and the Social Security Organization, have been used. Excel, SPSS, fs / QCA software were used for data processing and analysis. The results showed that social security incomes are a necessary condition for reducing unemployment, poverty and having the right to housing and good social welfare.
