مقايسۀ تأثير آموزش از طريق تلفن همراه و كارگاه آموزشي بر يادگيري تفسير آزمايش گازهاي خون شرياني در دانشجويان پرستاري علوم پزشكي ايرانشهر(1397)

The comparison of education via mobile phone and workshop on learning arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis in Iranshahr nursing students (2018)

مقدمه: آموزش پرستاري، در محيط نظري و باليني با پيچيدگي‌هايي مواجه است. انتظار مي‌رود با مساعد كردن زمينه و شرايط مناسب، دانشجويان پرستاري بتوانند دانش و مهارت لازم را براي حرفۀ آيندۀ شغلي خود كسب نمايند. استفاده از روش‌هاي جديد آموزشي، براي افزايش دانش و مهارت دانشجويان پرستاري در جهت ماندگاري آموزش توصيه مي‌شود. از مباحث مهم آموزش پرستاران در بخش‌هاي مراقبت ويژه، آشنايي با تفسير نتايج آزمايش‌هاي گازهاي خون شرياني است. بنابراين پژوهش حاضر، با هدف مقايسۀ آموزش از طريق كارگاه و تلفن همراه، بر ميزان يادگيري تفسير آزمايش گازهاي خون شرياني در دانشجويان پرستاري ايرانشهر انجام شد. روش كار: اين تحقيق نيمه تجربي، يك مداخلۀ آموزشي است كه در جهت دانشجويان پرستاري دانشگاه آزاد ايرانشهر، در مقطع ترم سوم به تعداد 53 نفر كارگاه آموزشي برگزار شد و دانشجويان دانشكدۀ پرستاري به تعداد 30 نفر در ترم سوم از طريق تلفن همراه، پيامك و به اشتراك گذاري جزوۀ الكترونيكي، آموزش‌هاي لازم را دريافت كردند. پرسشنامۀ پژوهشگر ساخته، كه روايي و پايايي آن در بررسي مورد تأييد قرار گرفت، قبل و بعد از آموزش در هر دو گروه تكميل شد. تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات با نرم افزار SPSS22 و آمار توصيفي - تحليلي انجام گشت. يافته‌ها: در اين مطالعه هر دو روش، با افزايش نمره همراه بود ولي در گروه با آموزش از طريق تلفن همراه، ميانگين نمرۀ يادگيري دانشجويان (04/04±16/47) به طور معناداري نسبت به روش كارگاهي(8/1±13/42) بيشتر و اين تفاوت از نظر آماري معنادار نمايان بود( 0/05>P). نتيجه‌گيري: با توجه به اينكه تلفن همراه، به راحتي در دسترس است و نيز به سبب ويژگي‌هاي خاص خود از جمله؛ تكنولوژي مخابره اي، در دسترس بودن و انعطاف‌پذيري زماني و مكاني مي‌تواند نقش قابل ملاحظه‌اي در امر آموزش ايفا نمايد و از طرفي استفاده از اين ابزار جهت اهداف آموزشي، قادر خواهد بود كه تعداد بسياري از فراگيران را تحت پوشش قرار دهد. پيشنهاد مي‌شود به عنوان روش جايگزين يا مكمل آموزش‌هاي ديگر استفاده نمود.

Introduction: Nursing education faces theoretical and clinical complexities. By helping the appropriate field and conditions, nursing students can earn knowledge and skills for their future profession. Familiarity with the interpretation of arterial blood gas tests is one of the nurses' education requirements in Intensive Care Units. The use of new educational methods is recommended to increase the knowledge and skills of nursing students. Therefore, this study aimed to compare the training through workshop and mobile on the level of learning interpretation of arterial blood gas tests in nursing students of IranShahr. Methods & Materials: This was a quasi-experimental, educational intervention study that compared two methods impact on learning to interpret the arterial blood gas test. A workshop was held for 53 students of Azad University and 30 students of the faculty of nursing in Iranshahr received the necessary training via, Emobile and electronic booklet sharing. The researcher made questionnaire was completed before and after training in both groups. Analysis of information were performed with SPSS 22, descriptive and analytical statistics. Results: In this study, both methods were associated with increased scores but in a group with, Emobile average student learning score (16.47±4.04) significantly was more than workshop (13.42±8.1) and that difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Considering that mobile phone is easily accessible and also causes its own characteristics, including transmission technology, availability, and time flexibility, and can play a significant role in training. The use of this tool for educational purposes can cover many learners. Also due to its special features such as telecommunication, flexibility of time and place can play a significant role in education. Today, Emobile are easily available, on the other hand, use this tool can cover a large number of learners .It is recommended as an alternative method or use other training supplements for educational purposes.
