چكيده فارسي :
گفتمان و ايدوئولوژي انتظار داراي ويژگي‌هايي است كه از آن جمله دو مؤلفه اساسي شجاعت و تدبير مي‌باشد. تعلق خاطر شديد شهيد سليماني به فرهنگ و گفتمان انتظار بر كسي پوشيده نيست. اين تحقيق با استفاده از روش توصيفي، تحليلي با بررسي بخشي از خاطرات مربوط به حاج قاسم سليماني به كاركر تدبير و شجاعت _ به عنوان دو مؤلفه مهم در عرصه‌هاي مختلف مديريتي مسئولان و فرماندهان در گفتمان انتظار _ در حل بحران‌ها و عبور از چالش‌هاي سياسي، امنيتي، اقتصادي ايران و جبهه مقاومت پرداخته است. همچنين با بررسي برخي از آيات و روايات مربوطه به مواردي از تطبيق آنها بر ويژگي‌هاي ممتاز ايماني در اين سردار شهيد و يارانش اشاره شده است. از نتايج و كاركردهاي به كارگيري مؤلفه تدبير و شجاعت در سه عرصه: 1. نظامي در هشت سال دفاع مقدس، جنگ‌هاي لبنان، فلسطين، مبارزه با داعش در عراق و سوريه؛ 2. سياسي و ديپلماسي؛ 3. اقتصادي توسط اين سردار جهاني مقاومت به اين موارد مي‌توان اشاره كرد: اقتدار دروني و منطقه‌اي ايران و جبهه مقاومت، كسب منافع اقتصادي، تقويت ثبات و مؤلفه قدرت و تهديدزدايي از ايران و كشورهاي حامي جبهه مقاومت، تقويت روحيه ديني و فرهنگ جهاد و شهادت‌طلبي، وحدت و انسجام دروني نيروهاي حامي مقاومت و تغيير معادلات منطقه‌اي به نفع محور مقاومت و صدور انقلاب اسلامي، تقويت قدرت چانه‌زني در ديپلماسي و مذاكرات بين‌المللي و حل بسياري از چالش‌هاي منطقه‌اي از جمله بحران سوريه و عراق و فلسطين.

The discourse and ideology of expectation has characteristics, including the two basic components of courage and resourcefulness. Shahid Soleimani's strong attachment to the culture and discourse of expectation is not hidden from anyone. This research, using the descriptive and analytical method, by examining a part of the memories related to Haj Qassem Soleimani, to the work of tact and courage - as two important components in various managerial fields of officials and commanders in the discourse of expectation - in solving crises and overcoming political challenges , Iran's security, economic and resistance front. Also, by examining some related verses and narrations, it has been pointed out the cases of their application on the special characteristics of faith in this Shahided commander and his companions.
From the results and functions of using the component of resourcefulness and courage in three areas 1. military in eight years of holy defense, the wars in Lebanon, Palestine, the fight against ISIS in Iraq and Syria, 2. political and diplomacy 3. economic by this global leader of resistance, we can mention these things: Iran's internal and regional authority and The resistance front, gaining economic benefits, strengthening the stability and power component and de-threatening Iran and the countries supporting the resistance front, strengthening the religious spirit and culture of jihad and Shahiddom, the internal unity and cohesion of the forces supporting the resistance and changing regional equations in favor of the resistance axis and Issuing the Islamic revolution, strengthening bargaining power in diplomacy and international negotiations, and solving many regional challenges, including the crisis in Syria, Iraq, and Palestine.
