The effect of cultural structuring on the cultural interaction of urban culture among the faculty members of Payame Noor University

فرهنگ شهرنشيني هويتهاي شهروندي و بنيانهاي عامليت مند جاگير شده هستند و با توجه به تنوع فرهنگي در كشور يكي ازعلل رعايت فرهنگ شهرنشيني مي تواند به ساختاربندي فرهنگي مربوط باشد. روش تحقيق از نظر هدف بنيادي و كاربردي بوده و براي رسيدن به اهداف تحقيق از روش تحقيق تركيبي استفاده شده است، در روش تحقيق كيفي با استفاده از روش دلفي به بررسي منابع، اسناد و مصاحبه از 17 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماري انتخاب شده اند و بر مبناي تحليل عاملي و تأييد متخصصان، مفاهيم شاخص‌بندي گرديد در روش كمّي با تدوين پرسشنامه و روش كمّي معادلات ساختاري، فرضيه ها بررسي شده است. جامعه آماري كليه اعضاي هيئت علمي دانشگاه پيام نور‌ با حجم نمونه 351 نفر بر اساس جدول مورگان و نحوه نمونه‌گيري خوشه‌اي با تحت پوشش قرار دادن تمام قوميت‌ها مي باشد، داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار Spss و Amos مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفته است. يافته ها نشان مي دهد كه در ساختار بندي اسلامي، نظام اعتقادي متأثر از نظام شخصيتي و هنجارهاي اسلامي تأثير داشته و كنش هاي اسلامي و نظامي‌ تأثير داشته است كه مبين تأييد نظريه هاي دوركيم و بورديو در اين خصوص است كه در ساختاربندي غربي، اعتقاد و اعتقاد غربي و نظام شخصيتي‌ متأثر ازهنجارهاي غربي تأثير داشته است كه متناسب با نظريه هاي پارسونز و ارمه مي باشد و در ساختار بندي ايراني، اعتقاد متأثر از كنش هاي ايراني و نظام شخصيتي تأثير داشته‌ است كه متناسب با نظريه هاي ترنر و ارمه مي باشد و برمبناي ساختار بندي محلي، اعتقاد متأثر از اعتقاد محلي و نظام شخصيتي در كنش رعايت فرهنگ شهرنشيني تأثير داشته است كه مبين تأييد نظريه دالگران در اين خصوص مي باشد.

Urban culture Citizenship identities and the foundations of agency are embedded. Considering the cultural diversity in the country, one of the reasons for observing urban culture can be related to cultural structuring. The research method is fundamental and applied in terms of purpose and to achieve the research goals, the combined research method has been used. In the qualitative research method, using the Delphi method to review sources, documents and interviews, 17 people have been selected as a statistical sample. The basis of factor analysis and approval of experts, the concepts were indexed. In the quantitative method, the hypotheses are examined by compiling a questionnaire and the quantitative method of structural equations. The statistical population is all faculty members of Payame Noor University with a sample size of 351 people based on Morgan table and cluster sampling method covering all ethnicities. The data were analyzed with Spss and Amos software. Findings show that in Islamic structuring, the belief system is influenced by the personality system and Islamic norms and Islamic and military actions are affected. Which confirms the theories of Durkheim and Bourdieu in this regard, has influenced Western structure, Western belief and personality system, influenced by Western norms. The personality system has an effect, which is in line with Turner and Arma's theories, and based on local structure, belief influenced by local beliefs and personality system have had an effect on the observance of urban culture. Which indicates the confirmation of Dalgaran's theory in this regard
