دنياي كسب و كار مدرن مبتني بر رقابت و ارائه‌ي بهترين عملكرد، براي نيل به اهداف سازماني‌است. است. توسعه رشد اقتصادي و استفاده عاقلانه از منابع طبيعي بدون در نظر گرفتن اثرات آنها قابل دستيابي نيست. بنابراين، سازمان‌هاي پروژه محور، همسو با اصول توسعه‌ي پايدار، توفيق در مديريت پروژه، كسب سود و جلب رضايت مشتريان را هدف قرار داده‌اند. سودآوري و موفقيت در پروژه، مبتني بر ايجاد ارزش براي مشتري، انطباق با تغييرات بازار و شرايط محيطي و پاسخ‌گويي به مشتريان مي‌باشد. بنابراي اجراي موفق مديريت پروژه، در راستاي اصول پايداري، با ايجاد پارامترهاي چابكي، امكان پذير خواهد بود. از همين‌رو، پژوهش رو، روشي را جهت شناسايي و رتبه‌بندي عوامل چابكي در سازمان‌هاي پروژه محور، مبتني بر عوامل اصلي موفقيت در مديريت پروژه و عوامل پايداري با استفاده از ابزار گسترش كاربرد كيفيت در دو مرحله‌ ارائه نموده است. بدين منظور، ابتدا عوامل اصلي موفقيت در پروژه و پس از آن عوامل چابكي در سازمان‌هاي پروژه محور و پايداري شناسايي شده و اهميت عوامل اصلي موفقيت در پروژه و پس از آن عوامل چابكي در سازمان‌هاي پروژه محور، از ديد مديران پروژه‌هاي كلان در شهرداري اصفهان و خبرگان دانشگاه سنجيده شده است. سپس، وزن عوامل چابكي در سازمان‌هاي پروژه محور مبتني بر استخراج وزن عوامل پايداري بر اساس عوامل اصلي موفقيت در پروژه با استفاده از گسترش كاركرد كيفيت محاسبه شده و در نهايت بر اساس اوزان اهميت بدست آمده؛ عوامل چابكي در سازمان‌هاي پروژه محور رتبه‌بندي شده‌اند.

In the modern world of business which is based on competing and delivering the best performance to achieve the organizational goals. The commercial growth development and natural resources usage can’t be gained without considering their effects. Thus, in line with the sustainable development principles, project-oriented organizations aim to be successful in project management, gain the profit and satisfy the customers. Profitability and be successful in the project performance are based on creating value for the customers, adapting to market changes, environmental constraints and to be responsive to the customers’ needs. Therefore, to successful implementation of the project management in parallel with the sustainability principles will be possible by creating the agility parameters. For this purpose, the current study, has provided an approach to identify and rank the agility factors in project-oriented organizations, based on project management critical success factors and sustainability factors, applying quality function deployment. To this end, firstly, project management critical success factors and then, agility and sustainability factors in project-oriented organizations, have been identified. Thereafter, the importance of the project management critical success factors and agility factors have been evaluated from the Isfahan Municipality’s experts’ and academia experts’ viewpoints. Afterward, Agility factors’ weights in project-oriented organizations have been calculated based on the project management critical success factors using quality fuction deployment. Finally, on the basis of the calculated weights, agility factors in project oriented organizations have been ranked.
