Investigating the Role of Cyberspace in Strengthening and Threatening Family Rights

پيدايش و پيشرفت تكنولوژي هاي نوين ارتباطي در عصر كنوني به همراه تحولاتي كه در فضاي مجازي بوجود آمده است، بسياري از كاركردهاي خانواده ها را دچار اختلال و مورد تهديد قرار داده است. در مباحث آسيب شناختى نهاد خانواده، يكى از محورهاى مهم، بررسى آسيب هاى ناشى از تحولات خانواده است. تحولاتى كه خود منشأ بروز دگرگونى هايى عميق و اساسى در نوع روابط و ارزش هاى خانوادگى مى باشند. بسيارى از اين تحولات و دگرگونى ها از بيرون، بر خانواده تحميل مى شود. از زمانى كه اينترنت وارد زندگى انسان شده تا به امروز، على رغم تمام محاسن و مزاياى آن، يكسرى دغدغه ها و نگرانى هايى را بر خانواده ها تحميل نموده است. موضوعي كه در تمام جوامع موضوعيت داشته و محدود به جامعه و يا اقليتي خاص نمي شود. به دليل ويژگي هاي خاص فضاي مجازي و نو بودن اين پديده، بسياري از والدين فرصت، امكان و يا توان كافي براي شناخت دقيق اين فضا و كاربردهاي آن را به دست نياورده اند و عدم آشنايي مناسب آنها با اين فضا و در مقابل استفاده روزمره نوجوانان و جوانان و حتي كودكان از اين فضا باعث شده است كه يك فضاي محرمانه و خصوصي در داخل خانه براي فرزندان ايجاد شود و آنها بدون دغدغه و بدون احساس وجود ناظر بيروني به سايت هاي مختلف در اين فضا دسترسي يافته و بعضاً به دليل ويژگي هاي سني و شخصيتي و كنجكاوي هاي خود متأثر از فضاهاي ناسالم موجود در اينترنت گردند.لذا در اين پژوهش به اين مهم پرداخته شده است.

The emergence and advancement of new communication technologies in the present era along with the developments that have occurred in cyberspace have caused many of the functions of families to get impaired and threatened. In the subjects of damage to the family institution, one of the important themes is the study of the damages of family developments. Developments those themselves are the source of profound and fundamental changes in the type of relationships and family values. Many of these changes are imposed on the family from the outside. Since the entrance of the Internet, despite all its merits and benefits, it has imposed some concerns and concerns on families. A subject that is not limited to a particular community or minority in all societies. Due to the special features of cyberspace and because this phenomenon is new, many parents have not gained the opportunity, possibility or ability to accurately understand this space and its applications an‎d their lack of proper familiarity with this space and against the everyday use of teenagers and young people and even children from this space has caused a private and private space indoors for children, and they have accessed various sites in this space without any concern and without feeling the presence of an external observer, and sometimes due to their age and personality characteristics and curiosities affected by unhealthy spaces. Therefore, this important issue has been discussed in this study.
