نقش حكومت در ايجاد بسترهاي جامعه‌پذيري سياسي از منظر نهج‌البلاغه

The Role of Government in Providing the Context of Political Socialization from the Perspective of Nahj Al-Balaghah

مانايي هر حكومت وابسته به اقبال عمومي مردمان و پذيرش عناصر آن نزد گروه‌هاي مختلف اجتماعي است و بدون سطح قابل قبولي از جامعه‌پذيري سياسي، ادامۀ حيات حكومت با دشواري روبه‌رو است. جامعه‌پذيري سياسي فرايندي است كه با رفتار حكومت و عناصر آن رابطۀ تام دارد و از عوامل اثرگذار در تحقق اين فرآيند قلمداد مي‌شود. اين نوشتار كه با بهره‌گيري از ظرفيت نظريۀ مبنايي انجام شده، درصدد است با ارجاع به آموزه‌هاي كتاب شريف نهج‌البلاغه، نقش حكومت را در ايجاد بسترهاي جامعه‌پذيري سياسي واكاوي كند. سخنان و سيرۀ امام علي عليه السلام در نهج‌البلاغه، واجد نكات ارجمندي است كه بسترهاي شكل‌گيري جامعه‌پذيري سياسي را تسهيل مي‌سازد. يافته‌هاي تحقيق مشعر به اين واقعيت است كه براي تحقق مطلوب جامعه‌پذيري سياسي، در گام نخست بايد حكومت و عناصر آن با تصحيح رفتارهاي خويش، زمينه و بستر مناسب را براي آن فراهم آورند. از اين منظر، بسترهايي چون توحيدمحوري، ارزش‌محوري، حق‌گرايي، معرفت‌افزايي، شفافيت‌سازي و تعامل‌گرايي از زمينه‌هايي است كه در سيره و گفتار امام× براي تمهيد جامعه‌پذيري سياسي اعضاي جامعه داراي اهميت است و آن حضرت در ادارۀ امور حكومت و تحريض كارگزاران و مديران بدان‌ها پافشاري نشان داده است.

survival of any government depends on the general popularity of the people and the acceptance of its elements by different social groups, and without an acceptable level of political socialization, the survival of the government faces difficulties.Political socialization is a process that is completely related to the behavior of the government and its elements, and the government is considered one of the influential factors in the realization of this process.This paper, which is conducted through using the capacity of the basic theory, seeks to analyze the role of government in creating the context of political socialization by referring to the teachings of the noble book of Nahj al-Balaghah.Imam Ali's speeches and sirah (lifestyle) in Nahj al-Balaghah have valuable points that facilitate the formation of political socialization.The research findings suggest that in order to achieve the desired political socialization, the government and its elements must first provide a suitable context for it by correcting their behaviors. In this regard, contexts such as focusing on monotheism, value, and truth, rightism, epistemology empowerment, transparency, and interactionism are among the contexts that are important in the sirah and words of Imam to prepare the political socialization of members of society.Moreover, he has insisted on managing government affairs and motivating agents and managers.
