چكيده فارسي :
در اقتصاد جهاني كنوني، سرمايه فكري به تدريج به عنوان يك مؤلفه حياتي ارزش سازماني شناخته مي شود. انگيزه اين آگاهي، بدليل چالش ها مبتني بر دانش براي شركت ها ايجاد شده است. لذا شركت ها براي سرمايه گذاري در سرمايه فكري ترغيب شده اند، كه اين امر به محرك اصلي بهره وري تبديل شده است.
مقاله حاضر با هدف تعيين رابطهي بين سرمايه فكري و بهره وري در كسب و كار بانكها انجام شده است. در اين پژوهش نمونه اي شامل 12 بانك مورد مطالعه قرارگرفته است. متغير وابسته بهره وري ميباشد و براي اندازهگيري اين متغير از روش تحليل پوششي دادهها استفاده شده است. دوره مالي مورد بررسي از سال 1395 الي 1399 بوده كه با استفاده از آزمون رگرسيون چندگانه به تحليلي رابطه بين اجزاي سرمايه فكري و بهره وري پرداخته شده است. نتايج نشان مي دهد كه سرمايه فكري بكارگرفته شده در بانك ها و بهره وري رابطه معناداري داشته است.

In the current global economy, intellectual capital is progressively being acknowledged as a vital constituent of organizational value. The impetus for this awareness is a sequence of challenges in knowledge-based corporate settings that motivate firms to invest in intellectual capital, given that it has become a key driver
of productivity.
The present article aims to determine the relationship between intellectual capital and productivity in business of banks. In this study has been studied, a sample of 12 banks . The dependent variable is productivity and to measure this variable has been used by data envelopment analysis method. The period under study is from 2016 to 2016, which has been analyzed using the multiple regression test, the relationship between the components of intellectual capital and productivity. The results show that the intellectual capital and productivity have a significant relationship. The results of the regression analysis validate the relevance of intellectual capital in improving productivity in the banking industry.
