شناسايي و تحليل عوامل كليدي توسعۀ حمل و نقل محور (TOD) با تأكيد بر ساختار كلان شهري (مورد: تبريز)

Identification and analysis of key factors of transportation-based development with emphasis on the metropolitan structure of Tabriz

رشد روز افزون جمعيت و خودرو، توسعۀ سريع و صنعتي شهرهاي بزرگ ، شكلگيري شهرهاي حاشيهاي و جديد در اطراف شهرهاي بزرگ با توجه به عدم پيروي اين رشد و توسعه از يك الگو و استاندارد مناسب توسعۀ شهري، منطقهاي و ناحيهاي، بر مشكلات و پيچيدگيهاي زندگي در اين شهرها و ارتباطات بين شهري افزوده است و مجموعۀ اين عوامل، توجه انديشمندان شهري را به ارائۀ ايدۀ جديد توسعه بر پايۀ توسعۀ حمل و نقل محور است، سوق داده است، كه اصول ابتدايي آن مبتني بر توسعۀ حمل و نقل همگاني و اختلاط كاربريها بوده است. بر اين اساس، در اين راستا، هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناسايي متغيرهاي كليدي توسعۀ حمل و نقلمحور مستخرج از روش دادهبنياد است كه بر اين اساس تأثيرگذارترين و تأثيرپذيرترين متغيرهاي دخيل در اين توسعه شناسايي گردد بر اين اساس، 10 عامل كليدي تأثيرگذار شامل مطالعات جامع حمل و نقل، فرهنگ استفاده از وسائط نقليۀ عمومي، افزايش ارزش زمين ، اختلاط كاربريها و مجتمعهاي ايستگاهي، افزايش درآمد خانوار، افزايش اشتغال و خدمات رساني، همكاري بخش خصوصي و دولتي و مردم محلي، طراحي اتومبيلمحور فضا، نوع و عملكرد كريدور و ايستگاه، مديريت تقاضاي حمل و نقل و15 عنصر كليدي بسيار تأثيرپذير شامل وحدت فضايي و توازن كاربريها، مطالعات جامع حمل و نقل، امنيت عمومي، فرهنگ استفاده از وسائط نقليۀ عمومي، افزايش ارزش زمين، طراحي بوممحور و انسانمدارانه اماكن، حمل و نقل غيرموتوري، مديريت تقاضاي حمل و نقل، فضاهاي عمومي و باز و تفريحي كه بيشترين نقش را در آيندۀ توسعۀ TOD در شهر تبريز دارند انتخاب شدند.

Increasing population and car growth, rapid and industrial development of big cities, formation of new and suburban cities around big cities due to not following a suitable model and standard of urban, and regional development, has added to the problems and complexities of life in these cities . an‎d the combination of these factors has drawn the attention of urban thinkers to the presentation of a new idea of development based on transportation-oriented development, the basic principles of which have been based on the development of public transportation and the mixing of uses. In this regard, the purpose of this study is to identify the key variables of transportation-based development of the extract derived from the foundation data method, based on which to identify the most effective and influential variables involved in this development. Accordingly, 10 key influential factors include comprehensive transportation studies, culture of using public transport, increasing land value, mixing land uses and stations, increasing household income, increasing employment and services, private sector cooperation, and Government and local people, space-driven car design, type and function of corridors and stations, transportation demand management 15 very influential key elements including spatial unity and balance of uses, comprehensive transportation studies, public safety, culture of using public transport, increasing the value of land, eco-based and humane design of places, non-motorized transportation, Transportation demand management, public and open spaces and recreation that have the most role in the future of TOD development in the city of Tabriz were selected.
