چكيده فارسي :
زمينه و هدف
داروسازان به دليل جامعيت سرفصل هاي آموزشي و اشراف به مباحث مختلف علمي، توانايي قابل توجهي در انجام امور مختلف در نظام بهداشت و درمان دارند. در اين ميان، داروسازاني كه در معرض آموزش هاي نظامي قرار مي گيرند و با نحوه مواجهه با شرايط اضطراري گوناگون آشنا مي شوند، از توانمندي هاي افزون تري نيز برخوردار مي گردند. با اين وجود، به نظر مي رسد، در حال حاضر، در نظام بهداشت و درمان نيروهاي مسلح كشور از اين توانمندهاي داروسازان نظامي كمتر استفاده مي گردد، اين پژوهش به منظور شناسايي اين توانمندي ها در سطوح مختلف نظام بهداشت و درمان نيروهاي مسلح انجام شده است.
روش ها
ابتدا بر اساس متون منتشر شده و با مشاورت شش نفر از صاحب نظران در عرصه داروسازي نظامي، 10 سطح كلي توانمندي در نظام بهداشت و درمان نيروهاي مسلح براي بيان فعاليت داروسازان در نظر گرفته شد و براي هر سطح 10 نقش، فعاليت يا وظيفه كلي شناسايي و تدوين گرديد. عناوين تدوين شده در قالب پرسشنامه براي نظرخواهي از صاحب نظران، مديران و صاحبان تجربه تنظيم گرديد و پس از بررسي پايايي و روايي پرسشنامه به گروه هدف كه بالغ بر 30 نفر بودند، به طور جداگانه ارسال گرديد. پس از جمع آوري، نظرات مورد بررسي و تحليل قرار گرفت.
يافته ها
بررسي نظرات به دست آمده نشان داد كه از مجموع يكصد عنوان نقش، فعاليت و وظيفه تدوين شده، 15 عنوان در بيش از 90 درصد، 25 عنوان در بيش از 80 درصد، 30 عنوان در بيش از 70 درصد، 28 عنوان در بيش از 60 درصد، و دو عنوان باقيمانده در بيش از 50 درصد موارد، نظرات "كاملا موافق" كارشناسان مشاركت كننده در اين تحقيق را به خود اختصاص دادند. اين در حالي است كه تنها دو عنوان در بيش از 10 درصد (و كمتر از 20 درصد) موارد، با نظرات "مخالف" روبرو شدند. ساير نظرات به "تا حدودي موافق" تعلق گرفته است. بررسي پاسخ هاي ارايه شده به سوالات باز پرسشنامه نيز كه بيانگر برخي توضيحات بود بر تاييد و پذيرش مطالب ارايه شده دلالت داشت.
نتيجه گيري
نظر به مراجعه به متون منتشر شده و استفاده از كارشناسان برخوردار از سوابق علمي تجربي و مديريتي در طراحي و تدوين يكصد عنوان نقش، فعاليت و وظيفه داروسازان در ده محور كلي در مجموعه نظام بهداشت و درمان نيروهاي مسلح و به دست آمدن نتايج مثبت نظرات 30 نفر از صاحب نظران در عرصه بهداشت و درمان نيروهاي مسلح در پژوهش انجام شده، اين نقش ها، فعاليت ها و وظايف نمونه اي است از آنچه داروسازان مي توانند در سراسر نظام بهداشت و درمان نيروهاي مسلح بر عهده گيرند و بنابراين اين يكصد عنوان براي بكارگيري موثر داروسازان در نيروهاي مسلح كشور به منزله يك راهنماست.

Background and Aim: Due to the comprehensiveness of educational topics and mastery of various scientific topics, including mathematics, physics, chemistry, and biology on the one hand, and management, business and
economics on the other, pharmacists have a significant ability to perform various tasks in the healthcare system.
In the meantime, pharmacists who are exposed to military training, as well as how to deal with various emergencies,
have many more capabilities than the civil ones. Since it seems that this capability is less used in the health care
system of the armed forces of the country, examples of these capabilities have been compiled at different levels
of the health care system of the armed forces and have been put into experts’ judgment, which is presented in this
article.
Methods: First, based on published texts and in consultation with six experts in the field of military pharmacy,
10 general levels in the health system of the Armed Forces were considered to express the activities of military
pharmacists, and for each level, 10 general roles, activities or tasks were identified and Compiled. The titles of
the questionnaire were prepared for consultation with experts, managers, and experienced people, and after
checking the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, it was sent to the target group of 30 people separately.
After collection, views, and comments were reviewed and analyzed.
Results: Examination of the obtained opinions showed that out of a total of one hundred titles of role, activity,
and task, 15 titles in more than 90%, 25 titles in more than 80%, 30 titles in more than 70%, 28 titles in more than
60%, and the remaining two titles in more than 50% of cases received "strongly agree" comments. Only two of
the titles received more than 10 percent (and less than 20 percent) "disagree" opinions. Other comments are
"somewhat agreeable". Examining the answers to the open-ended questions, which provided some explanations,
also indicated the approval and acceptance of the presented materials.
Conclusion: According to the published texts and the use of experts with experimental and managerial
scientific backgrounds in designing and compiling one hundred titles of role, activity, and duty of military
pharmacists in ten general levels in the Armed Forces health system and the obtaining of positive results from 30
experts in the field of health and treatment of the armed forces, all these one hundred roles, activities, and tasks
were accepted as an example of what pharmacists can take on throughout the healthcare system of the armed
forces and can be used as a guide for increasing the effectiveness of pharmacists in the armed forces of the country.
