شناسايي و اولويت بندي استراتژي هاي يك بيمارستان تروما با استفاده از فرآيند سلسله مراتبي

Identify and Prioritize the Strategies of a Trauma Hospital by Analytical Hierarchy Process

شناسايي مسائل استراتژيك سازمان را قادر مي سازد تا با مشخص نمودن شايستگي هاي ويژه و كشف فرصت هاي رقابتي و تعيين نقاط ضعف و كاهش موانع و تهديدها، استراتژي هاي متناسب با وضعيت سازمان را انتخاب و سازمان را در راستاي اهداف هدايت نمايد. در اين زمينه اولويت بندي استراتژي ها با توجه به محدوديت هاي مالي و زمان اهميت بالايي دارد. لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف شناسايي و اولويت بندي استراتژي هاي دروني و بيروني يك بيمارستان تروما با استفاده از فرآيند سلسله مراتبي به انجام رسيد. روش ها: اين مطالعه توصيفي در سال 1397 در يكي از بيمارستان هاي تروماي شهر يزد با هدف شناسايي عوامل دروني (ضعف و قوت) و بيروني (فرصت ها و تهديدها) و اولويت بندي هر يك از عوامل با رويكرد تحليل سلسله مراتبي (AHP) به انجام رسيد. جامعه پژوهش شامل كليه مديران ارشد و مياني بيمارستان بود كه به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند. گردآوري داده ها با مصاحبه و جلسات بحث متمركز و همچنين پرسشنامه پژوهشگر ساخته انجام شد. تحليل داده‌ها به كمك روش تحليل سلسله مراتبي و با استفاده از نرم افزار Expert Choice نسخه 11 صورت پذيرفت. يافته ها: در فاز شناسايي نقاط قوت، ضعف، فرصت ها و تهديدها در مجموع 101 نقطه ضعف، 23 نقطه قوت، 35 فرصت و 14 تهديد شناسايي شد كه به ترتيب بالاترين اولويت در هر حيطه مربوط به پرسنل مجرب و متعهد (0/289)، نارسايي سيستم هاي نظارتي براي پايش پزشكان (0/235، عوامل موقعيت جغرافيايي بيمارستان از نظر مركزيت در شهر (0/283) و نگرش منفي جامعه به بيمارستان ناشي از بالا بودن آمار مرگ و مير (0/310) بود. نتيجه گيري: با توجه به نتايج بهره گيري از ظرفيت هاي دانشگاه علوم پزشكي در جهت پايش پزشكان و راه اندازي سيستم هاي هوشمند در جهت افزايش نظارت بر كادر پزشكي و همچنين تشكيل كميته هاي مشترك با سازمان هاي نظامي در بهره گيري از ظرفيت هاي رسانه اي براي تغيير ديدگاه مردم و همچنين عقد تفاهم نامه هايي براي تسهيل ترافيك خيابان هاي اطراف بيمارستان پيشنهاد مي گردد.

Identifying strategic issues enables the organization to select appropriate strategies and guide the organization in line with its objectives by identifying specific competencies, discovering competitive opportunities, determining weaknesses, reducing barriers and threats. In this regard, prioritizing strategies is important due to financial and time constraints. Therefore, the present study aimed to Identify and prioritizes the strategies of a trauma hospital by Analytical Hierarchy Process. Methods: This descriptive study was carried out at trauma hospital in Yazd in 2018 with the aim of identifying the internal (weakness and strength) and external (opportunities and threats) factors and prioritizing each factor by AHP. The research population consisted of all senior and middle managers of the hospital who were selected purposefully. Information gathering was done by interviews and focused group discussion as well as the researcher-made questionnaire. The data were analyzed by AHP method and Expert Choice 11 software. Results: In the phase of identifying, 101 weaknesses, 23 strengths, 35 opportunities and 14 threats were identified. The highest priority in each area was related to the experienced and committed staff (0.289), weak monitoring system to monitor physicians (0.235), hospital geographical location factors in terms of centrality in the city (0.283) and negative attitudes of people regarding high death rates (0.310), respectively. Conclusion: According to the results, it is recommended to use the capacities of the University of Medical Sciences to monitor medicines and to set up smart systems in order to increase the supervision of medical staff. Hold joint committees with military organizations to take advantage of the media's capacity to change people's views and facilitate traffic on the streets around the hospital is necessary.
