چكيده فارسي :
ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﺑﺎزﻧﺸﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﺟﺎﯾﮕﺎه ﻣﺮﺣﻠﮥ ﻣﻬﻢ و ﻧﻘﻄﮥ ﻋﻄﻒ در زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﺷﺨﺺ و اﺛﺮ آن ﺑﺮ ﻇﺮﻓﯿﺖ ﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻓﯿﺰﯾﻮﻟﻮژﯾﮑﯽ و رواﻧﺸﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ از ﺟﻬﺎت ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ و ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺳﺖ. از اﯾﻦ رو ﺿﺮورت ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ روش ﻫﺎي ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪ در راﺳﺘﺎي اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﺳﻼﻣﺖ ﺟﺴﻢ و روان در ﻣﯿﺎن ﺑﺎزﻧﺸﺴﺘﮕﺎن اﻫﻤﯿﺖ ﭘﯿﺪا ﻣﯽ ﮐﻨﺪ. ﺑﺪﯾﻦ ﺟﻬﺖ، اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻨﺎت ﻓﺮاﯾﻨﺪي ﻋﺼﺒﯽ، ﻋﻀﻼﻧﯽ و اﺳﮑﻠﺘﯽ رﯾﺘﻤﯿﮏ را ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪ ورزﺷﯽ ﺑﺮ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﺑﺮﺧﯽ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻓﯿﺰﯾﻮﻟﻮژﯾﮑﯽ و ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﺧﻮاب را در ﻣﯿﺎن ﺑﺎزﻧﺸﺴﺘﮕﺎن ﻧﯿﺮوﻫﺎي ﻧﻈﺎﻣﯽ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻧﻤﻮد. روشﻫﺎ: ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﻃﺮح ﻧﯿﻤﻪ آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﻫﻤﺮاه ﺑﺎ ﭘﯿﺶ آزﻣﻮن و ﭘﺲ آزﻣﻮن ﺑﻮد. ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﯿﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر 60 ﻧﻔﺮ از ﺑﺎزﻧﺸﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻧﻈﺎﻣﯽ )60 ﺗﺎ 70 ﺳﺎل( ﺑﺎ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﺳﻨﯽ 2/8 ± 67/18، ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ در دو ﮔﺮوه 30 ﻧﻔﺮه )آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ: 30 ﻣﺮد و ﮔﻮاه: 30 ﻣﺮد( ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﻃﯽ 12 ﺟﻠﺴﻪ )ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﭘﺮوﺗﮑﻞ ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻨﯽ وﻟﻒ(، ﻫﻔﺘﻪ اي 3 ﺑﺎر در ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻨﺎت ﻓﺮاﯾﻨﺪي ﻋﺼﺒﯽ، ﻋﻀﻼﻧﯽ و اﺳﮑﻠﺘﯽ رﯾﺘﻤﯿﮏ ﺷﺮﮐﺖ ﻧﻤﻮدﻧﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻗﺒﻞ و ﺑﻌﺪ از ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪ ﺿﺮﺑﺎن ﻗﻠﺐ اﺳﺘﺮاﺣﺖ، ﻓﺸﺎرﺧﻮن ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻮل و دﯾﺎﺳﺘﻮل )ﻓﺸﺎرﺳﻨﺞ ﺑﺎزوﯾﯽ دﯾﺠﯿﺘﺎﻟﯽ(، ﻗﺪرت ﻋﻀﻼﻧﯽ دﺳﺖ ﻫﺎ )دﯾﻨﺎﻣﻮﻣﺘﺮ(، اﻧﻌﻄﺎف ﭘﺬﯾﺮي ﺗﻨﻪ )آزﻣﻮن ﺑﺸﯿﻦ و ﺑﺮس(، ﺗﻌﺎدل اﯾﺴﺘﺎ )آزﻣﻮن اﯾﺴﺘﺎدن ﻟﮏ ﻟﮏ(، ﺗﻌﺎدل ﭘﻮﯾﺎ )آزﻣﻮن ﮔﺮدش ﺳﺘﺎره اي( و ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﺧﻮاب ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ي ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﺧﻮاب ﭘﺘﺮزﺑﻮرگ( آزﻣﻮدﻧﯽ ﻫﺎ اﻧﺪازه ﮔﯿﺮي ﺷﺪ. ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﮥ ﮔﺮوه ﻫﺎ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ آزﻣﻮن ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﮐﻮوارﯾﺎﻧﺲ در ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري 0/05=α و ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار SPSS ﻧﺴﺨﻪ 24 اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ: ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﮐﻮارﯾﺎﻧﺲ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺑﺮﺧﯽ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻓﯿﺰﯾﻮﻟﻮژﯾﮑﯽ ﻫﻤﭽﻮن ﺿﺮﺑﺎن ﻗﻠﺐ اﺳﺘﺮاﺣﺘﯽ )0/0001(، ﻓﺸﺎرﺧﻮن )0/0003(، ﺗﻌﺎدل )0/0001( و اﻧﻌﻄﺎف ﭘﺬﯾﺮي )0/0001(، و ﺧﺮده ﻣﻘﯿﺎس ﻫﺎي ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﺧﻮاب )0/0001( ﺑﻌﺪ از ﮔﺬراﻧﺪن ﺟﻠﺴﺎت ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻨﯽ در ﺑﺎزﻧﺸﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻧﻈﺎﻣﯽ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﭘﯿﺪا ﮐﺮده اﺳﺖ. اﻣﺎ، ﻗﺪرت دﺳﺖ راﺳﺖ )0/759( و ﭼﭗ )0/375( آزﻣﻮدﻧﯽ ﻫﺎي ﮔﺮوه ﺗﺠﺮﺑﯽ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﮔﺮوه ﮔﻮاه ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري ﻧﺸﺎن ﻧﺪاد. ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪﮔﯿﺮي: ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻨﺎت ﻓﺮاﯾﻨﺪي ﻋﺼﺒﯽ، ﻋﻀﻼﻧﯽ و اﺳﮑﻠﺘﯽ رﯾﺘﻤﯿﮏ ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺑﺎ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺑﺮﺧﯽ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻓﯿﺰﯾﻮﻟﻮژﯾﮑﯽ و ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﺧﻮاب ﺑﺎزﻧﺸﺴﺘﮕﺎن ﻧﻈﺎﻣﯽ ﺳﺒﺐ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد وﺿﻌﯿﺖ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ آﻧﺎن ﺷﻮد.
چكيده لاتين :
Due to the increasing number of Armed Forces Retirement and an increase in the
number of cases of sleep disorder by age, sleep disorder is a common problem in the Armed Forces Retirement.
For Armed Forces Retirement, the disease and its treatment can have long-term negative effects on their
Relaxation Deepening and sleep Quality. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of Rhythmic Neural,
Musculoskeletal Exercises on the Relaxation Deepening and sleep Quality in the Armed Forces Retirement.
Methods: The present study had a semi-experimental design and used pre-tests and post-tests. A total of 60
Armed Forces Retirement (60-70 years), were randomly assigned into two groups of 30 (experimental group: 30
men; control group: 30 men). During 12 sessions (Based on Wolf's training protocol), Patients were treated 3
times weekly with Rhythmic Neural, Musculoskeletal Exercises. Heart rate, blood pressure, hands grip strength,
flexibility, Berg balance scale, quality of sleep were measured before and after the exercise program. The Analyze
of Covariance (ANCOVA) for compare groups was applied for evaluation of the alterations observed pre and
post-training. A p<0.05 value was set for the null hypothesis rejection using SPSS version 24.
Results: The results of covariance test showed that some of physiological factors such as heart rate (0.0001),
blood pressure (0.0003), balance scales (0.0001) and flexibility (0.0001) and the quality of sleep subscales
(0.0001) Improved after Practice sessions in Armed Forces Retirement. But Hands grip strength in hand right
(0.759) and hand left (0.375) were not significantly improved in experimental compared with control group (Pvalue
<0.05).
Conclusion: The findings indicated that application of rhythmic neural, musculoskeletal exercises can
improve some of physiological factors and quality of sleep in the Armed Forces Retirement.
