چكيده فارسي :
داﻧﺸﮕﺎهﻫﺎي ﻋﻠﻮم ﭘﺰﺷﮑﯽ در ﭘﺎﻧﺪﻣﯽ ﮐﻮوﯾﺪ-19 ﺑﺎ ﭼﺎﻟﺶﻫﺎي زﯾﺎدي ﻣﻮاﺟﻪ ﺷﺪه اﻧﺪ. ﻫﺪف از اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﻣﯿﺰان رﺿﺎﯾﺘﻤﻨﺪي داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن ﭘﺮﺳﺘﺎري داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻋﻠﻮم ﭘﺰﺷﮑﯽ آﺟﺎ از ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ دوره ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ و آﻣﻮزش ﻣﺠﺎزي ﻃﯽ ﺑﺤﺮان ﭘﺎﻧﺪﻣﯽ ﮐﻮوﯾﺪ-19 ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. روشﻫﺎ: اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻣﻘﻄﻌﯽ )ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ- ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ( در ﻧﯿﻤﺴﺎل دوم ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ 1398-99 اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﮐﻠﯿﻪ داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن داﻧﺸﮑﺪه ﭘﺮﺳﺘﺎري آﺟﺎ ﺑﻪ روش ﺳﺮﺷﻤﺎري اﻧﺘﺨﺎب و وارد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﻓﺮم ﺟﻤﻊ آوري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﻓﺮدي، ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎي ﺗﺠﺮﺑﻪ دوره ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ و رﺿﺎﯾﺖ از آﻣﻮزش اﻟﮑﺘﺮوﻧﯿﮑﯽ ﺟﻬﺖ ﺟﻤﻊ آوري دادهﻫﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ: ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ دوره آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ از دﯾﺪ 66/2% داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن رﺿﺎﯾﺘﺒﺨﺶ ﺑﻮد. ﻣﯿﺰان رﺿﺎﯾﺖ 56/3% داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن از آﻣﻮزشﻫﺎي ﻣﺠﺎزي در ﺣﺪ ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ ﺑﻮد. از ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎي ﺟﻤﻌﯿﺖ ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ، ﻓﻘﻂ ﺗﺮم ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ ﭘﯿﺶ ﺑﯿﻨﯽ ﮐﻨﻨﺪه رﺿﺎﯾﺖ از دوره آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ﻣﺤﺴﻮب ﻣﯽﺷﺪ )0/0001< P(. ارﺗﺒﺎط ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري ﺑﯿﻦ اﺑﻌﺎد و ﻧﻤﺮه ﮐﻞ رﺿﺎﯾﺖ از دوره ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ ﺑﺎ ﭘﯿﺸﺮﻓﺖ ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن دﯾﺪه ﻧﺸﺪ )0/05> P(. ﻫﻤﻪ اﺑﻌﺎد ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺗﺠﺮﺑﻪ دوره ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ ﭘﯿﺶﺑﯿﻨﯽ ﮐﻨﻨﺪهﻫﺎي ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري ﺑﺮ رﺿﺎﯾﺖ داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن از دوره ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ )0/0001< P(. ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪﮔﯿﺮي: ﺗﺪاوم آﻣﻮزش در داﻧﺸﮕﺎهﻫﺎي ﻋﻠﻮم ﭘﺰﺷﮑﯽ در دوره ﭘﺎﻧﺪﻣﯽ ﮐﻮوﯾﺪ-19 در راﺳﺘﺎي ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺖ داﻧﺶ آﻣﻮﺧﺘﮕﺎﻧﯽ ﺣﺮﻓﻪاي و ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪ ﺟﻬﺖ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﺑﺎرﮐﺎري ﺑﯿﻤﺎرﺳﺘﺎنﻫﺎ ﯾﮑﯽ از دﻏﺪﻏﻪﻫﺎي اﺻﻠﯽ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻪ ﻣﯽﺷﻮد در ﺑﺤﺮان ﮐﻮوﯾﺪ 19 ﺑﻪ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ آﻣﻮزشﻫﺎي ﻣﺠﺎزي و ﺣﻀﻮري ﺗﻮﺟﻪ وﯾﮋهاي ﺷﻮد ﺗﺎ ﺑﺘﻮان ﺗﺠﺮﺑﻪ ﺳﺒﮏﻫﺎي ﻣﻮﻓﻖ ﯾﺎددﻫﯽ-ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮي را ﻣﻌﺮﻓﯽ، ﻣﺸﺨﺺ و ارزﺷﯿﺎﺑﯽ ﻧﻤﻮد و آﻏﺎزﮔﺮ ﭼﺮﺧﻪ اﺻﻼح و ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﻓﺮاﯾﻨﺪ آﻣﻮزش ﺣﺘﯽ در ﭘﺎﻧﺪﻣﯽ ﮐﻮوﯾﺪ-19 ﺷﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
The medical universities face more serious challenges during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aimed to determine the level of satisfaction on the quality of education and virtual education during the Covid-19 pandemic crisis in nursing students of Aja University of Medical Sciences in 2020. Methods: This cross-sectional study (descriptive-correlation) was conducted at the end of the second semester of 2019-2020. All Aja nursing students were selected by the census method and recruited in the study. Individual characteristics questionnaire, course experience questionnaire (CEQ), and e-learning satisfaction questionnaire were used to collect data. Results: More than 66% of students were satisfied with the quality of the training course. More than half of the students (56.3%) were relatively satisfied with virtual education. Among individual variables, only students' semester was considered as a predictor of satisfaction with the course (P <0001). There was no significant relationship between the dimensions and the CEQ score with students' academic achievement (P <0.05). All dimensions of the CEQ were significant predictors of students' satisfaction with the course (P <0.0001). Conclusion: Continuation of education in medical universities in the Covid-19 pandemic to train professional and empowered graduates to reduce the workload of hospitals is one of the main concerns of educational administrators. It is recommended to pay special attention to the quality of these training to introduce, identify and evaluate the experience of successful teaching-learning styles and start the cycle of modification and improvement of the training process even in the Covid-19 pandemic.
