ارزيابي رضايتمندي شهروندان ايلامي از قابليت‌ها و اثربخشي پارك جنگلي چغاسبز شهر ايلام

Evaluation of the Level of Satisfaction of Ilami Citizens with the Capabilities and Effectiveness of Choghasabz Forest Park

پارك‌هاي جنگلي از مهمترين مقصدهاي تفرجگاهي شهروندان كشور محسوب مي‌شوند؛ به همين جهت لازم است كه اثربخشي آنها پيوسته مطالعه شود تا با ارزيابي مزيت‌ها و كاهش موانع، امكان بهره‌مندي بيشتر از آنها فراهم گردد. پارك جنگلي چغاسبز شهر ايلام مهمترين مقصد گردشگري شهر ايلام است. طبيعت جنگلي، گستردگي قابل توجه، نزديكي به شهر و دسترسي آسان از جمله مزيت‌هاي اين مكان است. پژوهش حاضر به ارزيابي ميزان رضايتمندي شهروندان ايلام از قابليت‌ها و اثربخشي اين پارك پرداخته است. برابر فرمول كوكران، 384 نفر از شهروندان ايلامي با شركت در اين پژوهش ميداني، ديدگاه‌ها و انتظارات خود و محدوديت‌هاي پارك را اعلام كرده‌اند. ابزار گردآوري داده‌ها پرسشنامۀ بسته 75 سؤالي بود كه بر اساس طيف ليكرد 5 گزينه‌اي تنظيم شد و پايايي آن در حدّ 952 آلفاي كرونباخ اعلام گرديد. نتايج به دست آمده حاكي از سهولت بهره‌مندي آقايان، پسران و خانواده‌ها و نامناسب بودن آن براي بانوان و دختران است؛ همچنين يافته‌ها از تمايل گروه‌هاي اجتماعي متوسط نسبت به استفاده از پارك در مقايسه با ديگر گروه‌هاي اجتماعي حكايت دارد. پارك بيشتر در روزهاي تعطيل، عصرها و شب‌هنگام مورد استفاده قرار مي‌گيرد. از ديگر يافته‌هاي پژوهش اين است كه امنيت يكي از مسائل جدي در ميزان استفاده از پارك محسوب مي‌شود؛ به‌گونه‌اي كه جمع‌هاي دوستانۀ دختران و فعاليت‌هاي فرهنگي در مقايسه با جمع‌هاي دوستانۀ پسران و ورزش‌هاي همگاني به ميزان كمتري در پارك مشاهده مي‌شود. در مجموع ميزان رضايت شهروندان ايلامي از پارك در حدّ متوسط است و اين رضايت با امكانات ورزشي، امكانات رفاهي، عدم احساس امنيت و جنسيت شهروندان، رابطۀ مثبت دارد.

Forest parks are one of the most important recreational destinations for citizens. Therefore, it is necessary to constantly study their effectiveness to evaluate their advantages and reduce barriers, to provide more benefits. Choghasbez Forest Park in Ilam is the most important tourist destination of the city. The present study has evaluated the level of satisfaction of Ilami citizens with the capabilities and effectiveness of this park. By participating in this field research, they have announced the views, expectations and limitations of the park. The data collection tool was a 75-item closed questionnaire based on a 5-point Likert scale with a reliability scale of .952 Cronbach's alpha. The results show that it is more beneficial for men, boys and families and rather unsuitable for women and girls. Findings also indicate the tendency of middle class social groups to use the park compared to others. The park is mostly used on holidays, evenings and nights. Findings show that security is one of the serious issues in the use of the park, therefore, the rate of holding friendly gatherings of girls and cultural activities is less than the friendly gatherings of boys and public sports. In general, the level of satisfaction of Ilami citizens with the park is moderate and this satisfaction has a positive relationship with sports facilities, welfare facilities, and lack of security and gender of citizens.
