چكيده فارسي :
پرستاري نظامي به آموزش پرستاران در زمان صلح و براي امداد رساني در بحران‌ها، حوادث و بلاياي طبيعي مي‌پردازد. با اين حال اين آمادگي بايد هميشه در پرستاران نظامي وجود داشته باشد كه در صورت وقوع جنگ توانايي حضور موثر در صحنه نبرد براي نجات جان خود، مجروحين و ديگر حاضرين را داشته باشند. لذا اين مطالعه با هدف تحليل مفهوم آمادگي پرستاران نظامي در جنگ انجام شد.
روش‌ها: دراين مطالعه از رويكرد تكاملي راجرز براي واضح سازي مفهوم آمادگي پرستاران نظامي در جنگ استفاده شد. به اين منظور پايگاه‌هاي Web of Sciences،Science direct ،Proquest ، Scopus، Pubmed،Magiran ،Iran Medex وSID با استفاده از كلمات كليدي پرستار نظامي، آمادگي، جنگ و معادل‌هاي انگليسي آن مورد جستجو قرار گرفت كه 536 مقاله يافت شد. در نهايت پس از بررسي، 12 مقاله براي مطالعه انتخاب گرديد.
يافته‌ها: در اين مطالعه، ويژگي‌هاي مفهوم آمادگي پرستاران نظامي در جنگ در ابعاد آمادگي رواني، آمادگي باليني و آمادگي مديريتي شناسايي شدند. پيشايندها شامل آموزش‌هاي متنوع، تجربه كافي، برگزاري دوره‌هاي تخصصي، جلسات توجيهي و اردوهاي نظامي و پيامدها نيز مواردي چون حفظ جان مجروحين، پيشبرد بهتر روند درمان، تخصيص صحيح منابع و امكانات، تطابق با شرايط جنگي و كار گروهي بود.
نتيجه‌گيري: يافته‌هاي مطالعه مفهوم آمادگي پرستاران نظامي در جنگ را شناسايي نمود و نشان داد كه اين مفهوم داراي ماهيتي پيچيده، دائمي، متنوع و پوياست و پرستار نظامي نقش مهمي در ارائه مراقبت به مجروحين از جمله ارائه مراقبت با كيفيت در صحنه نبرد و كاهش تلفات ايفا مي‌كند. اطلاع از ويژگي‌ها، پيشايندها و پيامدهاي مفهوم آمادگي پرستاران نظامي در جنگ، باعث ارتقاء جايگاه، اهميت و كاربرد بيشتر اين مفهوم در حرفه پرستاري نظامي مي‌گردد و ابزاري اكتشافي براي بررسي و تحقيق بيشتر و گسترش بدنه دانش موجود در اين زمينه به شمار مي رود.

Military Nursing trains nurses in peacetime and provides relief in crises and natural
disasters. However, this readiness must always be present in military nurses who are able to be effective on the
battlefield in the event of war to save their lives, the wounded and others present. Therefore, this study was
conducted to analyze the concept of military nurses' readiness for war.
Methods: In this study, Rogers evolutionary approach was used to clarify the concept of military nurses'
readiness for war. For this purpose, Web of Sciences, Science direct Proquest, Magiran Iran Medex, SID, Pubmed,
Scopus databases were searched using the keywords military nurse, readiness, war and its English equivalents that
find 536 articles. Finally, after reviewing the articles, 12 articles were selected for the study.
Results: In this study, the characteristics of the concept of military nurses' readiness for war in the dimensions
of psychological readiness, clinical readiness and managerial readiness were identified. Priorities included a
variety of training, sufficient experience, specialized courses, orientation sessions and military camps, and
consequences such as saving the lives of the wounded, better advancing the healing process, allocating resources
and facilities, adapting to the conditions of war and teamwork.
Conclusion: The findings of the study identified the concept of military nurses' readiness for war and showed
that this concept has a complex, permanent, diverse and dynamic nature and military nurses play an important
role in providing care to the wounded, including providing quality care on the battlefield. Plays loss reduction.
Knowing the characteristics, antecedents and consequences of the concept of military nurses' readiness for war,
promotes the position, importance and application of this concept in the military nursing profession and is an
exploratory tool for further study and research and expand the body of knowledge in this field.
