تأثير عوامل فرهنگ ديني بر كيفيت آموزش مجازي در دورۀ شيوع ويروس كرونا (مورد مطالعه: مركز آموزش مجازي دانشگاهيان)

The Effect of Religious Culture Factors on the Quality of Virtual Education in the Period of Coronavirus Outbreak(Case Study: Virtual Education Center for Academics)

هدف: ﻫﺪف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، ارزيابي مؤلفه‌ها و عوامل فرهنگ ديني مؤثر بر كيفيت آموزش مجازي، مانند كارامدي در ارائۀ محتوا، تعامل حرفه‌اي و ارزشيابي مبتني بر شاخصهاي وفاي به عهد، حسن خلق و صداقت بود كه از اهمّ شاخصها در فرهنگ ديني به شمار مي‌آيند. روش: پژوهش حاضر به روش توصيفي- تحليلي از نوع پيمايشي و روش گردآوري اطلاعات ميداني انجام و از فرمول كوكران براي جوامع نامعين استفاده شد. حجم نمونه 384 نفر تخمين زده شد و تعداد 401 پرسشنامه صحيح و قابل استفاده تهيه شد. يافته‌ها: فرضيه‌هاي پژوهش، اعم از كارامدي در ارائۀ محتوا، تعامل حرفه‌اي و ارزشيابي مبتني بر وفاي به عهد، حسن خلق و صداقت، به طور معناداري بر كيفيت آموزش مجازي دانشجويان در مركز آموزش مجازي دانشگاهيان مؤثر بودند. نتيجه‌گيري: نتايج بيانگر اين بود كه عوامل مطالعه‌شده، بر كيفيت آموزش مجازي دانشجويان تأثيرگذارند.

Objectives: The present study evaluates the components and factors of religious culture affecting the quality of virtual education such as efficiency in content presentation, professional interaction and evaluation, which are based on the criteria of faithfulness, good manners and honesty, which are the most important indicators in religious culture. Method: The research was conducted by descriptive-analytical survey method and field data collection method and Cochran's formula was used for indeterminate communities and the sample size was 384 people and 401 correct and usable questionnaires were prepared. Results : The research findings show that research hypotheses including efficiency in content delivery, professional interaction and evaluation based on commitment, good manners and honesty significantly affect the quality of students' virtual education in the university's virtual training center. Conclusion: The results indicate that the studied factors have affected the quality of students' virtual education.
