چكيده فارسي :
در محيط رقابتي امروز، بدون سرمايه‌گذاري براي ايجاد پيوندهاي قوي و مطمئن بين كاركنان، نمي‌توان از آنها انتظار انجام وظايف را به شكل كارآ داشت. تحليل شبكه‌ي سازماني يكي از كاربردهاي روش تحليل شبكه اجتماعي است. لذا هدف از انجام اين تحقيق، تحليل و ترسيم شبكه‌هاي ارتباطات دروني و بيروني موسسه تحقيقات جنگلها و مراتع كشور مي‌باشد. جامعه آماري در اين تحقيق را مديران و اعضاي هيات علمي موسسه تحقيقات جنگلها و مراتع كشور تشكيل مي‌دهند كه از طريق روش تمام شماري پاسخگوي سوالات تحقيق بودند. مطابق نتايج به دست آمده در تحقيق، در زمينه ارتباطات درون سازماني، بيشترين ارتباطات مربوط به پژوهشگاه حفاظت خاك و آبخيزداري، موسسه تحقيقات خاك و آب، موسسه تحقيقات علوم دامي كشور، موسسه تحقيقات ثبت و گواهي بذر و نهال، مركز ملي تحقيقات شوري و موسسه آموزش و ترويج كشاورزي بود. بيشترين ارتباطات برون سازماني هم مربوط به سازمان جنگلها، مراتع و آبخيزداري كشور، دانشگاه‌ها، سازمان محيط زيست، سازمان هواشناسي، سازمان نقشه برداري، معاونت باغباني وزارت جهاد كشاورزي، و انجمن‌هاي علمي زراعت، جنگلباني، مرتعداري، بيابان و گياهان دارويي بود. شبكه ارتباطاتي به دست آمده در هر دو نوع ارتباطات نيز از نوع همه جانبه با مشخصات سرعت قابل قبول در برقراري ارتباط، ارتباط فراگير، دقت نسبتا خوب، و بدون ساختار از قبل تعيين شده به دست آمد.
چكيده لاتين :
In today's competitive environment, without investing in building strong and secure relationships between employees, they cannot be expected to perform tasks efficiently. Organizational network analysis is one of the applications of social network analysis method. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to analyze and map the internal and external communication networks of the Forests and Rangelands Research Institute. The statistical population in this study consists of managers and faculty members of the Forests and Rangelands Research Institute of the country who answered the research questions through the counting method. According to the results obtained in the research, in the field of intra-organizational communication, the most communications are related to Soil Conservation and Watershed Management Research Institute, Soil and Water Research Institute, National Animal Science Research Institute, Seed and Seedling Registration and Certification Research Institute, National Salinity Research Center and It was an agricultural education and extension institute. Most of the extra-organizational relations are related to the Forests, Rangelands and Watershed Management Organization, universities, environment organization, meteorological organization, surveying organization, horticulture deputy of the Ministry of Jihad Agriculture, and scientific associations of agriculture, forestry, rangeland, desert and medicinal plants. Was. The communication network obtained in both types of communication was also of all-round type with acceptable characteristics of acceptable speed in communication, comprehensive communication, relatively good accuracy, and without predetermined structure.
