عوامل مؤثر بر بهره‌وري اماكن‌ ورزشي مراكز آموزش‌ عالي و دانشگاه‌هاي استان‌ فارس

Factors affecting the productivity of sports venues in higher education centers and universities in Fars province

مقدمه و هدف: در نظام كنوني جهان بهره‌وري و ارتقاي آن، يكي از اهداف عمده‌ي سازمان‌هاي فعال و زنده است؛ تحقيق حاضر باهدف بررسي شاخص‌هاي بهره‌وري و تعيين عوامل مؤثر بر بهره‌وري اماكن ورزشي مراكز آموزش عالي و دانشگاه‌هاي استان فارس انجام شد. روش شناسي پژوهش: نوع تحقيق توصيفي – تحليلي و ازنظر هدف كاربردي است. جامعه آماري پژوهش شامل مديران، مربيان، بهره‌برداران، متصديان، مسئولين ورزش دانشگاه‌ها و مراكز آموزش عالي استان فارس و استفاده‌كنندگان اين مراكز، برابر با 1035 نفر بوده است. حجم نمونه آماري بر اساس جدول كرجسي و مورگان (1997) برابر با 280 نفر انتخاب‌شده است. به‌منظور جمع‌آوري اطلاعات در بخش كيفي از روش دلفي و در بخش كمي از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته با پايايي 91/. استفاده‌شده است. در تجزيه‌وتحليل داده‌ها در بخش توصيفي از درصد فراواني، ميانگين و انحراف استاندارد و در بخش آمار استنباطي از تحليل عاملي اكتشافي، تحليل عاملي با روش مؤلفه اصلي و براي تعيين ساختار ساده‌ي آن‌ها از چرخش واريماكس و روش تحليل عاملي تأييدي با استفاده از مدل معادله ساختاري استفاده گرديد. يافته ­ها: نتايج اولويت‌بندي مؤلفه‌هاي هشت عامل مؤثر بر بهره‌وري اماكن ورزشي نشان داد، در عامل كالبدي، سهولت دسترسي كاربران؛ در عامل كاربران، ميزان رضايت كاربران از فضاي ورزشي؛ در عامل نيروي انساني، رعايت نكات اخلاقي و برخورد مناسب متصديان و سرپرستان اماكن ورزشي؛ در عامل برنامه‌ريزي، تعيين و تنظيم ساعات كاري منظم؛ در عامل تعمير و نگه‌داري، تعميرات به‌موقع و منظم؛ در عامل مديريتي، سبك رهبري و مديريتي مديران ورزشي؛ در عامل نظارت، وجود نظام ارزيابي مستمر و در عامل مالي، دارا بودن سود اقتصادي حاصل از فعاليت اماكن ورزشي به‌عنوان تأثيرگذارترين مؤلفه‌ها در ارزيابي بهره‌وري اماكن ورزشي شناخته شدند. بحث و نتيجه­ گيري: نتايج پژوهش نشان داد، عوامل كالبدي، كاربران، نيروي انساني، برنامه‌ريزي، تعمير و نگهداري، مديريتي، نظارت و مالي از جهت تفكيك سؤال‌ها و مطابقت با مباني مدل شاخص‌هاي بهره‌وري اماكن ورزشي مناسب است و مديران توانند از عوامل و مؤلفه‌هاي فوق جهت بررسي وضعيت بهره‌وري اماكن ورزشي استفاده كنند.

Introduction: In the current world system, productivity and its promotion is one of the main goals of active and living organizations. This study aimed to investigate the productivity indicators and determine the factors affecting the productivity of sports facilities in higher education centers and universities in Fars province. research methodology: The type of research is descriptive-analytical and applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population of the study included managers, coaches, operators, administrators, sports officials of universities and higher education centers in Fars province and users of these centers, equal to 1035 people. The statistical sample size is selected based on Krejcie and Morgan (1997) table equal to 280 people. In order to collect information in the qualitative part of the Delphi method and in the quantitative part of the researcher-made questionnaire with a reliability of 0.91. Used. In data analysis, descriptive part of frequency percentage, mean and standard deviation and in inferential statistics section of exploratory factor analysis, factor analysis by principal component method and to determine their simple structure by Varimax rotation and confirmatory factor analysis method using structural equation model. Was used. Findings: The results of prioritizing the components of eight factors affecting the productivity of sports venues showed, ease of user access; The level of users' satisfaction with the sports space; Observance of ethical points and appropriate treatment of managers and supervisors of sports venues; Determining and adjusting regular working hours; Timely and regular repairs; Leadership and management style of sports managers; The existence of a continuous evaluation system and having economic benefits from the activities of sports venues were recognized as the most effective components in assessing the productivity of sports venues. Conclusion: Sports managers can use the factors and components identified in this study to review and increase the productivity of sports venues.
