چكيده فارسي :
هدف
اين پژوهش با هدف تعيين مولفه هاي روانشناسي مثبت گرا بر محور نظام طبقه بندي csv با تمركز بر توانمندي‌هاي انسان انجام شد.
روش
روش پژوهش تحليلي و توصيفي از نوع كمي بود. جامعه مورد مطالعه و نمونه 178 مورد رباعي از خيام نيشابوري و ابزار تحقيق كتابخانه اي و با استفاده از مقالات و سايت هاي معتبر علمي بوده است. در اين پژوهش پس از انتخاب جامعه آماري شامل اشعار خيام، نخست به شرح و بررسي روانشناسي مثبت گرا، فضيلت هاي شش گانه و زير مجموعه ها و اهداف آن و با تحليل رباعيات ، مفاهيم آن را با نظام csv مارتين سليگمن مطابقت و به استخراج داده ها پرداخته شد. همچنين براي تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از جدول نشانه شناسي مولفه ها و نمودار دايره اي استفاده شد.
يافته ها
نتايج نشان داد بيشترين مولفه روانشناسي مثبت گرا در اشعار خيام، تعالي و خرد و كمترين درصد مربوط به مولفه و مهمترين ويژگي اشعار خيام، ناپايداري زندگي، تاكيد بر اين جهان، اغتنام فرصت و تاكيد بر زمان حال بوده است.
نتيجه گيري
براساس يافته هاي پژوهش حاضر مي توان نتيجه گرفت آنچه امروزه انديشمندان غرب تحت عنوان روانشناسي مثبت گرا ارايه كرده اند، در آثار ادبي ايران زمين با شواهدي دلكش تر و زيباتر ديده مي شود، كه با انسجام و استفاده روزمره از مفاهيم آن اشعار مي توان، به صورت كاربردي از آثار روحي و رواني آن بهرمند شد.

Aim
The aim of this study was to determine the components of positive psychology based on the csv classification system with a focus on human capabilities.
Method
The research method was analytical, descriptive and quantitatvie. The Population of study and sample was 178 quatrains of Khayyam Neyshabouri and library research tools using authoritative scientific articles and sites. In this study, after selecting the statistical population including Khayyam's poems, first, the description and study of positivist psychology, its six virtues and its subsets and goals, and by analyzing the quatrains, its meanings are matched and extracted with Martin Seligman csv system. Also, for data analysis, a semiotic table of components and a pie chart were used.
Results
The results showed that the most positive psychology component in Khayyam's poems, excellence and wisdom and the lowest percentage related to the component and the most important feature of Khayyam's poems, The instability of life has been the emphasis on this world, the seizure of opportunity, and the emphasis on the present.
Conclusion
Based on the findings of the present study, it can be concluded that what Western thinkers have presented today under the title of positive psychology, can be seen in Iranian literary works with more interesting and beautiful evidence, which is consistent with the daily use of its meanings. It is possible to benefit from its spiritual and psychological effects in a practical way.
