خط‌ مشي‌گذاري بهينه‌سازي مصرف حامل‌هاي انرژي در شركت ملي صنايع مس ايران (مورد مطالعه: مجتمع مس سرچشمه)

Energy Carrier Consumption Optimization Policy in National Iranian Copper Industries Company (Case Study: Sarcheshmeh Copper Complex)

زمينه و هدف: مديريت و بهروه وري انرژي يكي از خط­ مشي ­هاي راهبردي كشورها در تامين انرژي مورد نياز، پاسخگويي به تقاضاي انرژي و رفع چالش­ ها و نگراني­ هاي محيط زيستي است. به همين دليل هدف اين تحقيق تبيين خط‌ مشي­ گذاري بهينه سازي توليد و مصرف حامل‌هاي انرژي در مجتمع مس سرچشمه است. روش: تحقيق حاضر از نظر هدف يك رويكرد اكتشافي دارد. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش، شامل متخصصان حوزه صنعت مس در سه رده مديران، روسا و سرپرستان مي‌باشد. براي جمع آوري نمونه از روش نمونه گيري گلوله برفي استفاده شد و تا رسيدن به اشباع نظري انجام گرفت. تعداد نمونه آماري 75 نفر بوده است. داده‌هاي پژوهش با استفاده از مصاحبه‌هاي نيمه ساختاريافته جمع آوري شده است. در اين پژوهش روش كيفي تحليل مضمون (تم) و نرم افزار اطلس (8) استفاده شده است. يافته ها: يافته‌هاي پژوهش در قالب يك مدل مفهومي براي عوامل تاثير گذار بر بهينه سازي مصرف انرژي در شركت ملي مس سرچشمه ارائه شده است. اين مدل شامل 7 حوزه عوامل محيطي، عوامل توليدي؛ عوامل ساختاري؛ عوامل محتوايي ـ رفتاري؛ مديريت انرژي؛ شبكه بهره‌وري انرژي و بهينه سازي مصرف انرژي است. نتيجه گيري: نتايج پزوهش نشان داد كه؛ تمامي حوزه‌هاي مدل مفهومي، عوامل تسريع و تسهيل كننده و موانع و محدوديت‌هاي بهينه سازي مصرف انرژي با توجه به مدل مفهومي مديريت انرژي در توليد مي‌و همكاران (2016) طبقه بندي شده است.

Background and Aim: Energy management and efficiency is one of the strategic policies of countries in supplying the required energy, responding to energy demand and addressing their environmental challenges and concerns. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explain the policy of optimizing the production and consumption of energy carriers in Sarcheshmeh copper complex. Method: The present study has an exploratory approach in terms of purpose. The statistical population of this study includes copper industry experts in three categories of managers, heads and supervisors. Snowball sampling method was used to collect the sample and it was done until the theoretical saturation was reached. The number of statistical samples was 75 people. Research data were collected using semi-structured interviews. In this research, the qualitative method of content analysis (theme) and Atlas software (8) have been used. Findings: The research findings are presented in the form of a conceptual model for the factors affecting the optimization of energy consumption in Sarcheshmeh National Copper Company. This model includes 7 areas of environmental factors, production factors; Structural factors; Content_behavioral factors; Energy Management; Network energy efficiency and energy efficiency. Conclusion: The results of the study showed that; All areas of conceptual model, accelerating and facilitating factors, and barriers and limitations of energy consumption optimization are classified according to the conceptual model of energy management in May et al. (2016).
