نقش فن آوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات در استقرار سيستم مديريت دانش با رويكرد فراتركيب

The role of information and communication technology in establishing a knowledge management system with a Meta-Synthesis approach

هدف پژوهش حاضر، نقش فن آوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات در استقرار سيستم مديريت دانش با رويكرد فراتركيب در اداره كل آموزش و پرورش استان مازندران مي باشد. روش پژوهش حاضر، كيفي و از نظر هدف بنيادي است كه به صورت فراتركيب و با استفاده از مدل هفت مرحله اي سندلوسكي و باروسو (2007)، گردآوري شد. جامعه آماري، پژوهش هاي پيشين در دسترس در حوزه مديريت دانش و ملاك اندازه نمونه آماري، كفايت تئوريك مي باشد. در اين مطالعه پس از طراحي سؤال پژوهشي، جستجوي سيستماتيك طي سال هاي (2000 الي 2020) انجام شد. پس از انجام مراحل متاسنتز و بازبيني، تعداد 14 مقاله از 152 مقاله يافت شد. نتايج نشان داد، مؤلفه هاي توانمندي هاي فن آورانه با شاخص هاي (تلسط به نرم افزارهاي مرتبط، افزايش راندمان و تعاملات با بهره گيري از شبكه داخلي و توانايي استفاده از اينترنت در جهت اهداف آموزشي و پژوهشي) و مؤلفه زيرساخت هاي فن آورانه با شاخص هاي (وجود زيرساخت و تجهيزات به روز فن آورانه، ايجاد پايگاه دانش فن آورانه، ايجاد سازوكارهاي بحث مجازي، وجود فيبر نوري و رايانه هاي شخصي، حمايت هاي لازم در زمينه فن آوري، مستند سازي تجربه ها و استفاده از اينترنت و اينترانت) قابل استناد است.

The purpose of this study is the role of ICT in establishing a knowledge management system with a Meta- Synthesis approach in General Department of Education of Mazandaran Province. The method of the present study is qualitative with fundamental purpose, which has been collected in a hybrid and using the seven-step model of Sandlowski and Barroso (2007). The statistical population of this research is the previous available researches in the field of knowledge management and the criterion of statistical sample size is theoretical adequacy. after designing a research question, a systematic search was examined during the years (2000 to 2020). After performing the metasynthesis and review steps, 14 articles out of 152 articles were found. The results showed that the components of technological capabilities (mastery of related software, increasing efficiency and interactions using the internal network and the ability to use the Internet for educational and research purposes) and the component of technological infrastructure (Existence of up-to-date technological infrastructure and equipment, creation of technological knowledge base, creation of virtual discussion mechanisms, existence of optical fiber and personal computers, necessary support in the field of technology, the documentation of experiences and use of internet and intranet) can be cited
