Studying remarks about pigeon and keeping pigeons in poems of Vahshi- e-Baf

‌اشارات اجتماعي در شعر يك شاعر از بابت اطلاعات ارزشمندي كه از شيو‌ه‌ي زندگي مردمانِ ارائه مي‌دهند، حائز اهميت است. اما به نظر مي‌رسد بازتاب اين معلومات در شعر، صرفاً جنبة جامعه شناختي نداشته و شاعر براي آفرينش ادبي خود، ناگزير از طرح اين موضوعات است. سؤال اصلي اين پژوهش آن است كه آيا يك شاعر، بدون پرداختن به مسائل اجتماعي عصر خويش مي‌تواند در تصويرسازي و مضمون پردازي ادبي مؤفق باشد؟ وحشي بافقي يكي از شاعران پر آوازۀ قرن دهم هجري است كه از اين ظرفيت، بهره‌ي وافري برده و بسياري از مضامين و تصاوير ادبي خود را با استفاده از اين معلومات سروده است. نتيجه‌ي بررسي نشان مي‌دهد وحشي به واسطه‌ي آشنايي كافي كه با خصوصيات و عادات و باورهاي عمومي و آييني در مورد كبوتر داشته، توانسته مضامين بكر و تصاوير پويايي در شعر خود بيآفريند. نتيجه‌ي تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد كه اصطلاحات و كنايات مرتبط با كبوتربازي جايگاه بزرگي در شعر وحشي دارد و علاوه بر آن وي نام برخي حيوانات مربوط به اين سرگرمي عاميانه را نيز در شعر خود به كار برده است.

The social remarks reflected in poetry of a poet are potentially important because they entail some valuable information and first hand understanding of the lifestyle of the poet and those living in the society during the era. But it seems that the reflection of such information in poetry does not solely contain the sociology aspect and the poet is forced to reflect such issues in his poems to be creative in literature. Accordingly, the major question in the present research is whether a poet can succeed in imaging and conceptualization of the literary ideas without dealing with social issues and topics in his era or not? Vahshi-e-Bafghi was one of the mostly well-known and famous poets in 10th Hejri century (991-939) who has been one of the most talented poets and he could compose many poems using the literary concepts and images. In the present study we have analyzed the images and concept proposed by him based on the remarks he has made on the issues such as pigeon and keeping pigeons. The results showed that Vahshi could create genuine and dynamic images due to his knowledge of the characteristics and habits and general beliefs of the common people and their beliefs about pigeons.
