The Role of Leadership in the Convergence of People and Officials in the Islamic Republic

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسي نقش رهبري در همگرايي بين مردم و مسئولين در جمهوري اسلامي است. روش پژوهش توصيفي- تحليلي بوده و نتايج نشان داد كه ايجاد همگرايي بين مردم و مسئولان، مبتني بر عواملي چون وجود نهاد مرجعيت ديني و رهبري سياسي، رضايت‌مندي و مشاركت مردم در امور و قانون‌مداري مسئولان است و رهبر معظم انقلاب اسلامي با استفاده از نهاد مرجعيت و رهبري، با اقداماتي مانند مشاركت دادن مردم در اداره كشور، محوريت دادن به اصل تكليف، قانون و عدالت اجتماعي، گفتمان‌سازي ساده‌زيستي، ايجاد وحدت ميان مردم، به رسميت شناختن حق نظارت براي مردم و نير با عنايت به جايگاهي كه معظم‌له در نظام اسلامي داشته و با عنايت به مسئوليت‌ها و اختياراتي كه مقام عالي رهبري بنابر اصول مسلم قانون اساسي و شرع مقدس اسلام بر عهده دارند، به تحقق عوامل همگرايي كمك نموده و عينيت مي‌بخشند.

The purpose of the present study is to review the role of leadership in the convergence of people and officials in the Islamic republic. The method of research is descriptive-analytic and the results showed that bringing unity between people and officials relies on some factors such as the existence of religious authority basement and political leadership, people’s satisfaction and participation in affairs as well as the officials’ law-abiding attitude. The supreme leader of the Islamic revolution has assisted in the realization of convergence in society by some measures such as using people’s participation in the administration of the country, giving centrality to the principle of commitment, law and social justice, creating the discourse of simple living, bringing unity among people, acknowledgement of supervision right for people, and with respect to the position of his honor in the Islamic system as well as his responsibilities and authority based on the outright principles of the constitution and the holy legislation of Islam.
