بيانضباطي دانشآموزان در كلاسهاي درس و محيط مدرسه همواره برهمزنندۀ فرايند آموزشي بوده و از مشكلات رفتاري شايع در دوران نوجواني است. هدف از پژوهشِ حاضر بررسي اثربخشي بستۀ آموزشي مديريت رفتار مبتني بر نظريۀ انتخاب در كاهش بيانضباطي دانشآموزان در مدرسه بود. اين پژوهش از نوع تكآزمودني است و با خط پايۀ چندگانه همزمان و با پيگيري دوماهه انجام شد. جامعۀ آماري پژوهش شامل كليۀ دانشآموزان پسر پايۀ نهم (اول متوسطه) مدارس شهر جوانرود، در سال تحصيلي 1399ـ1400، بود. از ميان آنها 3 دانشآموزي كه ملاكهاي ورود داشتند ازطريق مقياس رفتارهاي اضطرابآور دانشآموزان در كلاس درس و به شيوۀ نمونهگيري هدفمند انتخاب شدند. هريك از گروهها شامل دانشآموزان و والدينشان ميشد و هركدام بهصورت جداگانه در 12جلسه آموزشهاي بسته دريافت كردند. اين بستههاي آموزشي را پژوهشگران از پيش طراحي و اعتباريابي كرده بودند. دادهها به روشهاي ترسيم ديداري، شاخص تغيير پايا (RCI)، فرمول درصد بهبودي و اندازۀ اثر d كوهن تحليل شدند. بر اساس يافتهها، اجراي بستۀ آموزشي مديريت رفتار مبتني بر نظريۀ انتخاب در كاهش بيانضباطي دانشآموزان در مدرسه ازنظر آماري (0.5

Students’indiscipline in the classroom and school environment has always disrupted the educational process and also it is a common behavioral problem during the adolescence. The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of the behavior management training package based on the choice theory on reducing the students' indiscipline at school. This study was conducted as a single-subject design with multiple simultaneous baselines with a two-month follow-up. The research population included all the ninth-grade male students of high schools in Javānrood city in the academic year 2020-2021, of which 3 students - who met the inclusion criteria - were selected using the purposeful sampling method, through the scale of students' stressful behaviors in the classroom. Each group, including students and their parents, individually received 12 sessions of training of the package which were previously designed and validated by the researchers. Data were analyzed by visual drawing, Reliable Change Index (RCI), recovery percentage formula and Cohen’s D effect size. Findings showed that the implementation of the behavior management training package based on the choice theory has a clinically and statistically significant effect on reducing the students' indiscipline at school (P <0.05). Therefore, it was recommended that the trainings of this package which is based on the educational-therapeutic foundations of choice theory, to be used individually and in groups, through the counseling centers, especially the education counseling centers.
