چكيده فارسي :
ﭼﮑﯿﺪه: وﺟﻮد ارﺗﻌﺎﺷﺎت در ﺟﻌﺒﻪ دﻧﺪه از وﯾﮋﮔﯽﻫﺎي ذاﺗﯽ آﻧﻬﺎ اﺳﺖ زﯾﺮا ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺖ و ذات درﮔﯿﺮي ﭼﺮخدﻧﺪهﻫﺎ در ﺟﻌﺒﻪدﻧﺪه ﺑﻪ دﻟﯿﻞ ﺿﺮﺑﻪ ﻣﻮﺟﻮد ﺣﯿﻦ درﮔﯿﺮي دﻧﺪاﻧﻪﻫﺎ، ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ ارﺗﻌﺎﺷﺎت ﻣﯽﮐﻨﺪ. اﯾﻦ ارﺗﻌﺎﺷﺎت اﺟﺘﻨﺎبﻧﺎﭘﺬﯾﺮ در ﺣﺎﻟﺖﻫﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ اﺧﺘﻼل در ﮐﺎر ﺟﻌﺒﻪدﻧﺪه ﻣﯽﺷﻮد، ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ در ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺟﻌﺒﻪدﻧﺪهﻫﺎ و ﺑﻬﯿﻨﻪﺳﺎزي آنﻫﺎ، ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞﻫﺎي ارﺗﻌﺎﺷﯽ ﺑﺴﯿﺎر ﻣﻬﻢ و ﮐﺎرآﻣﺪ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ. ﺟﻌﺒﻪدﻧﺪه ﺳﯿﺎرهاي از ﯾﮏ ﭼﺮخدﻧﺪه اﺻﻠﯽ ﺧﻮرﺷﯿﺪ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻣﺤﺮك ﮐﻪ در ﻣﺮﮐﺰ ﻗﺮار دارد، ﭼﻨﺪ ﭼﺮخدﻧﺪه ﺳﯿﺎره ﺑﻪ دور آن، ﯾﮏ ﭼﺮخدﻧﺪه ﺣﻠﻘﻪاي ﮐﻪ اﯾﻦ ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋﻪ درون آن ﻣﯽﭼﺮﺧﻨﺪ و ﯾﮏ ﺑﺎزو ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ ﭼﺮخدﻧﺪهﻫﺎي ﺳﯿﺎرهاي ﻣﺘﺼﻞ اﺳﺖ و ﮐﺎر را ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﺧﺮوﺟﯽ ﺑﺮاي ﺟﻌﺒﻪدﻧﺪه ﺳﯿﺎرهاي اﻧﺠﺎم ﻣﯽدﻫﺪ ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. در اﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ اﺑﺘﺪا راﺑﻄﻪﻫﺎي ارﺗﻌﺎﺷﯽ ﻣﻮرد ﻧﻈﺮ در ﺟﻌﺒﻪدﻧﺪه ﺳﯿﺎرهاي ﺑﯿﺎن ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺳﭙﺲ اﻋﻤﺎل راﺑﻄﻪﻫﺎي ﺣﺎﮐﻢ ﺑﺮ ﻣﻮﺗﻮر اﻟﮑﺘﺮﯾﮑﯽ در ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار ﻣﺘﻠﺐ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺷﺪه و ﻣﺪل ارﺗﻌﺎﺷﯽ ﮐﻮﭘﻞ ﻣﻮﺗﻮر-ﺟﻌﺒﻪدﻧﺪه ﺳﯿﺎرهاي ﺑﻪﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ اﺛﺮ ﻣﺘﻘﺎﺑﻞ ﻣﻮﺗﻮر اﻟﮑﺘﺮﯾﮑﯽ و ﺟﻌﺒﻪدﻧﺪه ﺳﯿﺎرهاي ﺷﺒﯿﻪﺳﺎزي ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻧﻤﻮدارﻫﺎ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞﻫﺎي ﻓﺮﮐﺎﻧﺴﯽ اﺳﺘﺨﺮاج ﺷﺪه و ﻧﺸﺎن داده ﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﻓﺮﮐﺎﻧﺲﻫﺎي ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋﻪ ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﻗﺒﻮل ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ. ﻣﺪلﺳﺎزي دﯾﻨﺎﻣﯿﮑﯽ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ در ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار آﺑﺎﮐﻮس ﺟﻬﺖ اﺳﺘﺨﺮاج ﺳﺨﺘﯽ درﮔﯿﺮي ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ ﺑﺎ زﻣﺎن ﺑﯿﻦ دﻧﺪاﻧﻪﻫﺎي دو ﭼﺮخدﻧﺪه درﮔﯿﺮ در ﺟﻌﺒﻪدﻧﺪه ﺳﯿﺎرهاي اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
Gearbox and vibrations are two inseparable components of each other. In other words, the nature of the gear meshing in the gearbox has inevitable vibrations due to the impact during the meshing of the teeth. These unavoidable vibrations in some cases cause the gearbox to malfunction, so vibration analyzes are very important and efficient in analyzing gearbox performance and optimizing them. A planetary gearbox has a main gear of the sun as the actuator in the center, several planetary gears around it and a ring gear in which this set rotates and an arm is attached to the planetary gears and acts as the output for the planetary gearbox. In this paper, first to express the desired vibration relations in the planetary gearbox. Then to investigate and apply the relations governing the electric motor in MATLAB software. In the following, the vibration model of the planetary gearbox motor coupling model is simulated in order to observe and analyze the interaction between the electric motor and the planetary gearbox. Frequency spectrum are analyzed to investigate the interaction of motor and planetary gearbox. It should be noted that dynamic modeling and analysis has been performed in ABAQUS software to extract the mesh stiffness of time-varying engagement between the teeth of the two gears involved in the planetary gearbox.
