نقش ميانجي گري فرهنگ شهروندي در رابطه بين سرمايه اجتماعي و تمايل به داوطلبي در المپياد ورزشي درون مدرسه اي

The mediating role of in the relationship between social capital , Citizen culture Citizen and the desire to volunteer in the school Olympic Games

هدف از اين تحقيق، بررسي نقش ميانجي گري فرهنگ شهروندي در رابطه بين سرمايه اجتماعي و تمايل به داوطلبي در المپياد ورزشي درون مدرسه اي بود. روش تحقيق حاضر از نوع همبستگي بود كه به صورت ميداني اجرا شد. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق را دانش آموزان داوطب شركت كننده در المپياد ورزشي درون مدرسه اي كشور تشكيل دادند. نمونه آماري تحقيق 385 نفر بودند كه در المپياد درون مدرسه اي سال تحصيلي 96-1395 شركت كرده بودند كه بصورت تصادفي و خوشه اي در دسترس انتخاب شدند. جمع آوري داده ها از طريق پرسشنامه اطلاعات فردي، فرهنگ شهروندي(محقق ساخته)، سرمايه اجتماعي(ناهاپيت و گوشال،1998) و تمايل به داوطلبي(مي كيم، 2006) انجام شد. نتايج نشان داد رابطه مثبت و معني داري بين سرمايه اجتماعي و فرهنگ شهروندي با تمايل به داوطلبي وجود داشت r =0/403 ، r =0/434 , p ≤ 0/01. ميزان تأثير سرمايه اجتماعي بر تمايل به داوطلبي برابر با 94/0، ميزان تأثير فرهنگ شهروندي بر تمايل به داوطلبي 0/09 و ميزان تأثير سرمايه اجتماعي بر فرهنگ شهروندي0/68 به دست آمد. الگوي پژوهش از برازش لازم برخوردار بود و فرهنگ شهروندي نقش ميانجي گري در رابطه بين سرمايه اجتماعي و تمايل به داوطلبي ورزشي ايفا كرد. توصيه مي شود كه مديران و مسئولان آموزش و پرورش تدابير و اقدامات لازم به منظور گسترش و افزايش سرمايه اجتماعي ، فرهنگ شهروندي به عمل آورند تا تمايل به داوطلبي ورزشي را در برگزاري المپياد درون مدرسه اي بهبود و ارتقا دهند.

The aim of this study was to investigate the role of intermediary in the relationship between social capital and Culturer Citizen desire to volunteer in the school the Olympic Games. The research method was correlational study was conducted in this field.The population of the study volunteers participating students within the School Olympic Games. A sample of 385 people who participated in the Olympiad 96-1395 school year school within the cluster were selected randomly. The collection of data through questionnaires, was performed, personal information, Culturer Citizen (self-made) and social capital (Nahapiet and Ghoshal, 1998) and desire to volunteer (Kim, 2006). The results showed a significant positive relationship between social capital and civic culture with a desire to volunteer there)r =0/403 ، r =0/434 , p ≤( 01/0. The Social Capital impact on desire to volunteer Obtained Equal to 0.94 percent , the impact of civic culture on desire to volunteer 0.09percent and Social Capital impact civic culture 0.68 percent.This pattern was also necessary fitness and Culturer Citizen mediating role in the relationship between social capital and desire to volunteer played sports. Given that variables influencing factors in increasing desire to volunteer in the Olympiad in school, they recommended that managers and directors of education measures and actions in order to extend and enhance social capital.
