تأثير پيش‌زمينه‌هاي شكل‌گيري اكوسيستم كارآفريني بر پيامدهاي گردشگري سلامت در ايران (مورد مطالعه: استان كرمانشاه)

The effect of the antecedent of the formation of entrepreneurial ecosystem on the consequences of health tourism in Iran (Case study: Kermanshah province)

هدف اصلي پژوهش حاضر، تحليل پيش‌زمينه‌هاي شكل‌گيري اكوسيستم كارآفريني بر پيامدهاي گردشگري سلامت در ايران بوده است. همچنين، اين پژوهش بررسي مي‌كند كه پويايي‌هاي كسب‌وكار منطقه‌اي چه نقشي در تقويت يا تضعيف اين رابطه ايفا مي‌كنند. جامعه تحقيق را افراد و متخصصان فعال در حوزه گردشگري سلامت استان كرمانشاه به تعداد 94 نفر تشكيل مي‌دهند. پارادايم اين پژوهش اثبات باوري، رويكرد آن قياسي و استراتژي آن پيمايش است. بر اين اساس و پس از مرور ادبيات و طراحي مدل مفهومي، پرسشنامه‌اي مشتمل بر 34 پرسش به نمونه آماري متشكل از 75 متخصصان اين حوزه ارائه شد. روايي صوري و محتوايي پرسشنامه بر اساس نظر متخصصان و استفاده از پرسشنامه استاندارد و روايي سازه نيز بر اساس تحليل عاملي تأييدي تأييد شد. پايايي از مجراي آزمون‌هاي آلفاي كرونباخ، پايايي مركب و ميانگين واريانس تأييد شد. سپس، داده‌هاي گردآوري‌شده به كمك نرم‌افزار اسمارت پي‌ال‌اس و از طريق ماتريس همبستگي، آزمون معادلات ساختاري و آزمون برازش مدل مورد تحليل قرار گرفتند. نتايج تحليل داده‌ها نشان مي‌دهد كه پيش‌زمينه‌هاي شكل‌گيري اكوسيستم كارآفريني بر شكل‌گيري اكوسيستم مؤثر است. شكل‌گيري اكوسيستم كارآفريني بر پيامدهاي گردشگري سلامت مؤثر است. همچنين پويايي‌هاي كسب‌وكار منطقه‌اي در استان كرمانشاه بر پيامدهاي گردشگري سلامت مؤثر است. در نهايت، پويايي‌هاي كسب‌وكار منطقه‌اي در رابطه ميان شكل‌گيري اكوسيستم كارآفريني و پيامدهاي گردشگري سلامت نقش تعديلي ايفا مي‌كند.

The main purpose of this study was to analyze the antecedent of the formation of entrepreneurial ecosystem on the consequences of health tourism in Iran. This study also examines the role that regional business dynamics play in strengthening or weakening this relationship. The research population consists of 94 individuals and specialists active in the field of health tourism in Kermanshah province.. The philosophy of the research is positivism, the approach is deductive, and the strategy is surveying. After reviewing the literature and designing a conceptual model, a questionnaire consisting of 34 questions was presented to a statistical sample consisting of 75 experts in this field. Then, the data were gathered and analyzed by Smart PlS software through correlation matrix, structural equation model and fitness test. The results of data analysis show that the antecedent of the formation of the entrepreneurial ecosystem is effective on the formation of the ecosystem. The formation of entrepreneurial ecosystem is effective on the consequences of health tourism. Finally, regional business dynamics play a moderating role in the relationship between the formation of the entrepreneurial ecosystem and the consequences of health tourism.
