ﺗﻬﯿﻪ ﻓﯿﻠﻢ ﻣﺨﺎط ﭼﺴﺐ ﺳﺮﯾﻊ رﻫﺶ ﻋﺼﺎره ﮔﯿﺎه ﺟﻌﻔﺮي ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر درﻣﺎن اﻟﺘﻬﺎب ﮔﻠﻮ و ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺧﺼﻮﺻﯿﺎت داروﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ آن

Preparation and pharmaceutical evaluation of Mucoadhesive Buccal film extracts of petroselinum for pharyngitis symptoms

اخيرا مخاط به دليل داشتن عروق فراوان و قابليت نفوذپذيري زياد براي انتقال داروموردتوجه است. با توجه به اثرضد التهابي گياه جعفري ودسترسي آسان به اين گياه در ايران واينكه فيلم مخاط چسب روشي جديد با عملكرد و بازدهي بالا در انتقال دارو محسوب مي­شود، اين پژوهش در نظر دارد تا با تهيه فيلم مخاط چسب دهاني از عصاره گياه جعفري و سپس ارزيابي داروشناسي آن ميزان تاثير اين گياه را بر بهبود التهاب گلو بسنجد. روش بررسي: ساخت فيلم­هاي سريع رهش جعفري با استفاده از پليمرهاي هيدروكسي پروپيل متيل سلولز و پلي­وينيل الكل و بهره ­مندي از گليسيرين به عنوان پلاستي سايز و روش casting method انجام شد. در نهايت فيلم­ ها از نظر ضخامت، يكنواختي، مقدارداروي آزاد شده و زمان ازهم پاشيدن با نرم افزار SPSS20 تحليل شدند.  يافته ­ها: در هيچ كدام فيلم­ هاي ساخته شده از پليمرهاي HPMC و PVA حباب، ترك، شكاف و چروك شدگي ديده نشد و با توجه به اينكه اختلاف ضخامت اندازه گيري شده درهمه فيلم­ها از 5 درصدكمتر بود، مي­توان گفت ضخامت فيلم­ها يكسان است؛ لذا داروي وارد شده به فرمولاسيون­ها درهمه جاي آن يكنواخت پخش شده است. هيچ مقدار از فيلم در دهان باقي نماند و بيمار پذيرش بهتري از خود نشان داد. نتيجه­ گيري: باتوجه به سريع حل شوندگي فيلم ساخته شده و اثرات مناسب جعفري در جلوگيري از التهاب و همچنين آزادسازي سريع دارو و راحتي استفاده از آن، مي­توان فيلم مخاط چسب سريع حل شونده جعفري را جهت افراد سالخورده، اطفال وكساني كه مشكل بلع دارو دارند، پيشنهاد كرد. مزيت ديگر اين روش اين است كه مي­توان از متابوليسم دارو، ناشي ازعبور اول كبدي جلوگيري كرد. در نتيجه اين فرمولاسيون مي­تواند گزينه مناسبي جهت درمان التهاب گلو باشد.

Recently, the mucosa has attracted attention due to its large arteries and high permeability for drug delivery. Due to the anti-inflammatory effect of parsley and easy access to this plant in Iran and the fact that the adhesive mucosa film is a new method with high performance and efficiency of drug transfer, this study was done to evaluate the effect of this plant on the pharyngitis by preparing an oral adhesive mucus film from parsley plant extract and then evaluating its pharmacological properties. Materials and methods: Fast release films of parsley were made using hydroxypropyl methyl cellulosopropinyl alcohol polymers and the use of glycerin as plasticizer and casting method. Finally, the films are analyzed in terms of thickness, uniformity, amount of drug released and disintegration time with SPSS20 software. Results: No bubbles, cracks, creases or wrinkles were seen in any of the films made of HPMC and PVA polymers. The difference in thickness measured in all films was less than 5%, and the thickness of the films was the same. Therefore, the drug introduced into the formulations has been spread evenly everywhere. No trace of the film remained in the mouth and the patients had good compliance. Conclusion: Due to the rapid dissolution of the film, rapid release of the drug, ease of use and the appropriate effects of parsley in preventing inflammation, this formulation can be used for the elderly, children and those who have difficulty swallowing. Another advantage of this method is that it can reduce the metabolism of the drug in the first hepatic passage. As a result, this formulation is a good option for treating symptoms of pharyngitis.
