ويژگي هاي سبك هاي رهبري مديران مدارس

Characteristics of leadership styles of school principals

حساسيت بحث رهبري در آموزش‌وپرورش و مدارس در سطوح مختلف و ازجمله رهبري مدرسه امروزه بيش از پيش خود را نشان داده است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعيين عناصر و ويژگي هاي سبك هاي رهبري براي مديران مدارس صورت گرفت. به همين منظور ابتدا به بررسي پيشينه نظري پرداخته شد سپس با استفاده از پيشينه و مباني نظري، مؤلفه هاي سبك رهبري بيرون كشيده شد و با بررسي متخصصان و انجام اصلاحات لازم، عناصر تاثيرگذار تعيين شدند. جامعه آماري تحقيق را كليه مديران، معلمان و معاونان مدارس تهران تشكيل مي دهند و با استفاده از فرمول كوكران 500نفر تعيين گرديد. مؤلفه ها به وسيله پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بررسي شدند و به وسيله آزمون رگرسيون و نرم افزار spss تحليل شدند. براساس نتايج بدست آمده تاثير هركدام از مؤلفه ها به عنوان سبك رهبري مديران مدارس تاييد گشت ولي در اين ميان تاثير سبك تحول گرا و اصلاح گرا، حمايتگر و پشتيبان، هدف مداري و رضايتمندي بيش از ساير مؤلفه ها بود. از نتايج حاصل شده مي توان چنين استنباط نمود كه سبك هاي متنوع و مختلفي در رهبري مديران مدارس وجود دارد و اجراي هر گونه سبك رهبري جداي از آن كه مربوط اقتضاي مدرسه و سازمان بالادستي است بيش تر به ويژگي هاي مديران آن مدرسه وابسته است و اعتقاد بر اين است كه به كارگيري سبك هاي مفيد رهبري توسط مديران مدارس اگر چه لازم و ضروري است، ولي شرايط خاص خود را مي طلبد.

Today, the sensitivity of the leadership in Education and Training and also in schools at various levels has become an increasingly evident issue. This study aimed to determine the elements and characteristics of leadership styles for school principals. For this purpose, first the theoretical literature review was examined, then the components of leadership style were extracted and the effective elements were determined through examining the experts and making the necessary corrections.The statistical population of the study consisted of all principals, teachers and deputies of Tehran schools and 500 people were determined using the Cochran's formula. The components were analyzed by a researcher-made questionnaire and analyzed by regression test and SPSS software. According to the results, the effect of each component of the leadership style of school principals was determined; however, among the components, the effect of transformational and reformist style, supportive style, goal-orientation, and satisfaction were more than the other ones. It could be concluded that there are various leadership styles for the school principals and the implementation of any leadership style, apart from being relevant to the needs of the school and the upstream organization, depends more on the characteristics of school principals. It is believed that the application of useful leadership styles by school principles, although necessary, requires its own conditions.
