چكيده فارسي :
پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسايي مولفه هاي رهبري آموزشي برمبناي آموزه‌هاي دين اسلام انجام پذيرفت . اين پژوهش از لحاظ هدف، بنيادي و از حيث روش جمع آوري داده ها، جزء پژوهشهاي كيفي بود. جامعه آماري پژوهش، خبرگان دين اسلام بودند كه با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري هدفمند، تعداد 30 نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه كيفي انتخاب شدند. گردآوري داده ها با روش اسنادي (اطلاعات از طريق مراجعه به قرآن، نهج البلاغه، رساله حقوق امام سجاد(ع) واصول كافي جمع آوري شده است ) انجام پذيرفت. روايي و پايايي ابزار مورد سنجش قرار گرفت و تاييد شد. تجزيه و تحليل داده هاي جمع آوري شده، به روش فراتركيب و بااستفاده از نرم افزار MAXQDA انجام شد. نتايج نشان داد از ميان 112 شاخص ، سه بعد و دوازده مؤلفه در تدوين مدل رهبري آموزشي برمبناي آموزه‌هاي دين اسلام نقش دارند كه عبارتند از: بعد دين‌مداري: مولفه هاي دين‌داري واستمداد الهي؛ بعد تعادل نفس: مولفه هاي تاديب نفس، عجب شكني و كرامت‌افزايي؛ بعد روابط كار: مولفه هاي هدايت سازماني، مسئوليت‌پذيري، اعتمادسازي، تاليف قلوب، تحمل و مدارا، مشاركت، و عدالت محوري.
چكيده لاتين :
The aim of this study was to identify the components of an educational leader based on the doctrines of Islam, using a qualitative approach and documentary method. In order to achieve this goal, first, information has been collected through documentary methods by referring to the Qur''an, Nahj al-Balaghah, The Treatise on the Rights of Imam Sajjad (Peace be upon him), Al-Kafi, The Scale of Wisdom, and other valuable Shia sources. . Then, in order to validate the information and data collected by documentary method, the statistical population of Islamic experts in the seminary and the university was selected, and sampling was continued purposefully until the data reached theoretical saturation. Finally 30 experts were interviewed. The research tool was in-depth semi-structured interviews that are considered to have good validity and reliability. The collected data were analyzed by meta-synthesis method. The results showed that there are five components for an educational leader based on the doctrines of Islam, which are religiosity, divine help, self-discipline, humility and dignity-enhancment
