Investigating the Impact of COVID- 19 on Educational Activities in universities: Emphasizing Satisfaction with the Quality of Virtual Education system in Islamic Azad University

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسي ميزان رضايت از ابعاد كيفيت آموزش مجازي در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي در دوره همه‌گيري بيماري كرونا از ديدگاه دانشجويان است. روش پژوهش ازلحاظ هدف كاربردي و به‌صورت توصيفي پيمايشي با استفاده از يك نظرسنجي آنلاين هدفمند از دانشجويان فعال در كلاس‌هاي آموزش مجازي دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد مرودشت در سال تحصيلي 1400-1399 بودند. پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته با الزامات آموزش مجازي در هفت بعد: محتواي دوره، طراحي برنامه درسي، فناوري، مديريت دوره، پشتيباني از يادگيرنده و مدرس، ارزشيابي دوره با 35 سؤال در مقياس ليكرت بر اساس مدل هائو و باريش (2010) طراحي و داده‌هاي مورد نياز طي سه ماه از طريق 287 پرسش‌نامه جمع‌آوري شد. آزمون فرضيه‌ها با برنامه اس پي اس اس، آمار توصيفي (ميانگين و انحراف استاندارد) و استنباطي (تحليل واريانس يك طرفه، آزمون تعقيبي دانكن و آزمون تي، همبستگي پيرسون) انجام شد. بررسي ميزان رضايت‌مندي دانشجويان از كيفيت دوره‌هاي آموزش مجازي در دوره بيماري كرونا نشان داد از سطح مطلوب برخوردار نيست. رضايت‌مندي از مؤلفه‌هاي كيفيت آموزش دربين رشته تحصيلي متفاوت است و رشته‌هاي علوم انساني نسبت به فني مهندسي وعلوم پايه رضايت بيشتري دارند. رضايت‌مندي از مؤلفه‌هاي كيفيت آموزش در مولفه هاي محتواي درسي، طراحي برنامه درسي، فناوري و پشتيباني از يادگيرنده در مقاطع مختلف متفاوت بوده و دانشجويان كارشناسي ارشد نسبت به ساير مقاطع رضايت بيشتري داشته اند. نتايج پژوهش بيانگر رضايتمندي بيشتر زنان از كيفيت آموزش مجازي نسبت به مردان است. نتايج اين پژوهش مي‌تواند راه كارهاي مناسبي براي مديران مرتبط با آموزش مجازي دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي در جهت برطرف كردن نواقص و ارتقا سطح كيفي خدمات آموزشي در دوره همه‌گيري بيماري كرونا و همچنين تصميم گيري‌هاي اضطراري آينده در دانشگاه‌هاي كشور ارائه كند.

The aim of this study is to investigate the level of students’ satisfaction with the quality of virtual education in the Islamic Azad University during COVID-19 pandemic. Method of this study is applied type in terms of objectives and descriptive survey through a purposeful online opinion poll from students active in the virtual education classes of the Islamic Azad University of Marvdasht in 2020-2021. Researcher made questionnaire according to virtual education requirements in seven dimensions: course content, curriculum design, technology, course management, learner support, teacher support, course evaluation with 35 Likert-scale questions based on Hao and Barich (2010) design. The required data were collected through 287 questionnaires during three months. Hypotheses were tested by SPSS program, descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation), and inferential statistics (one-way analysis of variance, Duncan post hoc test and t-test, Pearson correlation). The study of students' satisfaction with the quality of Virtual Education during Corona virus pandemic showed that it does not have the desired level. Satisfaction with the components of education quality varies among different fields of study; as the students of humanities were more satisfied with virtual education than technical engineering and basic science students. Considering the components of quality of education that means curriculum content, curriculum design, technology and learner support at different educational levels proved that post- graduate students were more satisfied. The results show that women are more satisfied with the quality of virtual education than men. The results of this research would present proper guidelines for educational administrators as well as future emergency decision-makers regarding the implementation of e-learning programs in the country's universities.
