معماري نيروهاي مسلح جمهوري اسلامي ايران از ديدگاه فرماندهي معظم كل قوا(مدظله‌العالي)(شرايط، راه‌كارها و پيامدها)

The Architecture of Iranian Armed Forces from the Perspective of the Commander-in-chief (circumstances, solutions, and consequences)

وجود نيروهاي مسلح معتقد، مقتدر و پويا، پيش­نياز حفظ استقلال، امنيت و تماميت ارضي هر كشور به شمار مي‌رود. ازاين‌رو، تغيير در نحوه نگرش به انجام مأموريت و معماري نيروهاي مسلح، متناسب با شرايط محيطي حال و آينده به‌عنوان تضمين‌كننده امنيت ملي كشور، امري اجتناب‌ناپذير است. فرماندهي معظم كل قوا(مدظله­العالي) با بينش ژرف و نگرشي همه‌جانبه، همواره لزوم توجه به اين مهم را به نيروهاي مسلح يادآور شده‌اند. در اين مقاله تلاش شده است با مرور كليدواژه­هايي نظير: «ساختار»، «سازماندهي»، «طراحي»، «تغيير»، «اصلاح»، «نوآوري»، «تحول»، «آمادگي» و ... در منويات و رهنمودهاي فرماندهي معظم كل قوا(مدظله­العالي)؛ شرايط، راه­كارها و پيامدهاي معماري نيروهاي مسلح جمهوري اسلامي ايران با استفاده از روش تحقيق داده بنياد، شناسايي و ارائه گردد. بر اساس نتايج اين تحقيق، مهم­ترين عامل براي الزام به معماري، «پيش­روندگي و پيش برندگي» است. «هماهنگي و همدلي نيروهاي مسلح» و «دشمن­شناسي و حفظ بصيرت»، به ترتيب بااهميت­ترين عوامل زمينه­اي و واسطه­اي هستند كه در فرايند معماري بايد به آن­ها توجه نمود. راه­كارهاي متنوعي براي انجام معماري نيروهاي مسلح از سوي مقام معظم فرماندهي كل قوا(مدظله­العالي) توصيه‌شده است، ليكن تأكيد معظم له بر روي نيروي انساني باايمان، شجاع و مجهز به ­دانش روز مي­باشد، چراكه باوجود چنين نيروي انساني، مي­توان مراحل رشد و تعالي را به‌سرعت پيمود و نيروي مسلح درخور و شأن ملت بزرگ ايران به وجود آورد.

The presence of powerful, dynamic, and resolute armed forces is a prerequisite for the independence, security, and sovereignty of every country. Therefore, changing the approach to mission accomplishment and the architecture of armed forces—in accordance with present and future circumstances—is inevitable in guaranteeing the security of a nation. With a deep and thorough approach, the dignified commander-in-chief has oftentimes forewarned the armed forces of this fact. With key words such as "structure", "organization", "architecture", "alteration," "rectification", "innovation", "evolution", " preparation", etc., this article attempts to recognize and present some circumstances and solutions, using data-oriented research method. Based on the findings of the present research, the most important factors in propelling the architecture are advancement and initiation. The armed forces’ unity and solidarity as well as enemy recognition and intuition preservation are respectively the most crucial basics and mediatory factors that calls attention in the process of architecture. A variety of approaches have been suggested on behalf of the commander-in-chief in order to carry out the architecture of armed forces. Therefore, there is tremendous emphasis on faithful, courageous and up-to-date manpower. With such human resources, we can take quick steps towards growth and sublimation, and we can produce armed forces that befits the Iranian dignity
