توانمندسازي فرايند نيل به بهبود مستمر عملكرد سازمان با توسعه و گسترش نفوذ مبتني بر شايستگي افراد و گروه‌هاست. يكي از مهم‌ترين مبادي و منابع تدوين راهبردهاي توانمندسازي جوانان، ديدگاه‌هاي عالي‌ترين مراجع تصميم‌گيري كشور مي‌باشد. در ج.ا.‌ايران نيز رهبري به‌عنوان فرماندهي كل قوا، داراي نظام فكري مشخصي هستند كه آشنايي با آن مي‌تواند در ماهيت راهبردهاي توانمندسازي نسل جوان نيروهاي مسلح و جهت‌دهي به آن نقش تعيين‌كننده‌اي ايفا نمايد. هدف اصلي اين تحقيق دستيابي به راهبردهاي توانمندسازي "مهارتي و عملي" نسل جوان نيروهاي مسلح از منظر مقام معظم رهبري و فرماندهي معزز كل قوا امام خامنه‌اي(مدظله‌العالي) است. اين تحقيق از نوع كاربردي - توسعه‌اي است. جامعۀ آماري به‌طور نظري و هدفمند انتخاب‌شده و جهت نيل به نتايج از روش داده بنياد با بهره‌گيري از تكنيك آميخته (روش‌هاي كيفي و كمّي) استفاده گرديده است. نتيجۀ حاصله نشان مي‌دهد: امر توانمندسازي نسل جوان نيروهاي مسلح لزوماً بايد در چارچوب نگرش سيستمي (با بهره‌گيري از هر چهار رويكرد مكانيكي، ارگانيكي، پروژه‌اي و فرايندي) و متناسب با شرايط و آرمان‌هاي سازماني و كشوري صورت پذيرد. با اين نگاه قطعيت هريك از رويكردهاي موردنظر در چارچوب نگرش سيستمي متناسب با شرايط، موضوع و سازمان موردنظر قابل‌تغيير است.

Iran, with its full command of power, has a certain intellectual system that familiarity with it can play a decisive role in the nature of the strategies for empowering the young generation of the armed forces. The main objective of this research is to achieve the "skill and practical Empowerment's" strategies of the young generation of armed forces from the perspective of the Supreme Leader. This research is a applied-developmental. The statistical society has been selected theoretically and purposefully, and to achieve the results, the fundamental data method has been used by using the mixed technique (qualitative and quantitative methods). The result shows that the empowerment of the young generation of armed forces must necessarily take place within the framework of a systemic attitude (using all four mechanical, organic, project, and process approaches) and in accordance with the organizational and national conditions and ideals. With this in mind, the certainty of each of the approaches in the framework of the system approach is appropriate to the circumstances, subject, and organization of the target.
