تحليل ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ ﻋﺪاﻟﺖ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ- ﻫﻨﺮي ﺑﺎ ﺗﺎﮐﯿﺪ ﺑﺮ ﻣﻔﻬﻮم ﻋﺪاﻟﺖ ﻓﻀﺎﯾﯽ (ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻣﻮردي ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻖ ﭘﻨﺞﮔﺎﻧﻪ ﺷﻬﺮ اراك)

Sociological analysis of cultural-artistic justice with emphasis on spatial justice (Case study of the five districts of Arak)

اﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﻗﺼﺪ دارد ﺑﺎ روﯾﮑﺮد ﻋﺪاﻟﺖ ﻓﻀﺎﯾﯽ، ﺑﻪ ﺗﺸﺨﯿﺺ وﺿﻌﯿﺖ ﺗﻮزﯾﻊ و اﺳﺘﻘﺮار اﻣﮑﺎﻧﺎت )ﮐﺎرﺑﺮي( ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ- ﻫﻨﺮي ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﯾﮑﯽ از ﺑﺴﺘﺮﻫﺎي ﺷﮑﻞﮔﯿﺮي ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖﻫﺎي ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ در ﺷﻬﺮ اراك ﺑﭙﺮدازد ﺗﺎ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس آن ﺑﻪ ﻓﻬﻢ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ارﺗﺒﺎطِ ﻧﺤﻮه ﺗﻮزﯾﻊ اﯾﻦ اﻣﮑﺎﻧﺎت ﺑﺎ ﻧﯿﺎزﻫﺎ و اﺳﺘﺤﻘﺎق ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ- ﻫﻨﺮي ﺷﻬﺮوﻧﺪان ﺳﺎﮐﻦ در ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻖ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﺑﭙﺮدازد. روش اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒﯽ، در ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﻤﯽ ﺟﻤﻊآوري دادهﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ اﺑﺰار ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ و ﺑﺎ ﺷﯿﻮه ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮي ﻣﺘﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺑﺎ ﺣﺠﻢ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. در ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﯿﻔﯽ ﺟﻤﻊآوري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎت ﮐﺎﻟﺒﺪي ﺑﺎ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺛﺎﻧﻮﯾﻪ اﻧﺠﺎم و ﭘﺲ از آن ﻣﮑﺎﻧﯽ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪه اﺳﺖ. از ﻣﻬﻢﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻣﯽﺗﻮان ﺑﻪ ﮐﺎﺳﺘﯽ و ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار و ﻣﺴﺌﻠﻪﻣﻨﺪ ﻧﺤﻮه و ﻣﯿﺰان ﺑﺮﺧﻮرداري از اﻣﮑﺎﻧﺎت و ﺧﺪﻣﺎت ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ ﻫﻨﺮي در ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻖ ﭘﻨﭻﮔﺎﻧﻪ ﺷﻬﺮي اراك اﺷﺎره ﮐﺮد ﮐﻪ ﻧﺸﺎن دﻫﻨﺪه ﺷﮑﺎف و ﻧﺎﺑﺮاﺑﺮﻫﺎي ﻣﺤﺴﻮس در ﺗﻮزﯾﻊ و ﺗﺨﺼﯿﺺ اﻣﮑﺎﻧﺎت و ﺧﺪﻣﺎت ﻣﺬﺑﻮر ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ، ﻫﻢﭼﻨﯿﻦ وﺿﻌﯿﺖ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻣﻨﻔﻌﺖ ﺟﻤﻌﯽ در ﺑﺨﺶ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ- ﻫﻨﺮي )ﺑﺎ در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻦ ﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﺳﺮاﻧﻪ، ﺳﺮاﻧﻪ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد و ﺷﻌﺎع ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮدي( در اﯾﻦ ﺷﻬﺮ از وﺿﻌﯿﺖ ﻣﺤﺮوﻣﯿﺖ ﻓﻀﺎﯾﯽ و اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﺑﺨﺶ ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﺗﻮﺟﻬﯽ از ﭘﻬﻨﻪ ﺟﻐﺮاﻓﯿﺎي اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ آن ﺣﮑﺎﯾﺖ دارد. ﻧﻬﺎﯾﺘﺎً اﻟﮕﻮي ﺗﻮزﯾﻊ ﻓﻀﺎﯾﯽ اﻣﮑﺎﻧﺎت ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ- ﻫﻨﺮي ﺑﺮ ﻣﺒﻨﺎي ﻧﯿﺎزﻫﺎ و اﺳﺘﺤﻘﺎق ﺷﻬﺮوﻧﺪان در ﺷﻬﺮ اراك، ﻧﺎﮐﺎرآ و ﻧﺎﺑﺮاﺑﺮ و ﻧﺎﻋﺎدﻻﻧﻪ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺗﻔﺎوت و ﻧﺎﺑﺮاﺑﺮيﻫﺎي ﺟﺪي را در ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻖ و در ﺑﯿﻦ ﺷﻬﺮوﻧﺪان ﺳﺎﮐﻦ در آن اﯾﺠﺎد ﻧﻤﻮده اﺳﺖ.

With the approach of spatial justice, this article intends to identify the status of distribution and establishment of cultural-artistic facilities (use) as one of the contexts for the formation of cultural activities in the city of Arak in order to understand and analyze the relationship between distribution of these facilities and the needs and cultural-artistic merits of citizens living in different areas. The method of this study is combined and the data collection was performed with a questionnaire and sampling method. In the qualitative section, information related to physical studies was collected by secondary analysis and then located. One of the most important results is the significant and problematic shortcomings and differences in the manner and extent of cultural and artistic facilities and services in the five urban areas of Arak, which indicates significant gaps and inequalities in the distribution and allocation of facilities and services. Also, the status of the collective benefit index in the cultural-artistic sector (taking into account the per capita factor, standard per capita and functional radius) in this city indicates the status of spatial and social deprivation of a significant part of its social geography. Finally, the pattern of spatial distribution of cultural and artistic facilities based on the needs and entitlements of citizens in the city of Arak is inefficient and unequal which has created serious differences and inequalities in the regions and among the citizens living in it.
