ارزيابي كارايي دروني برنامه درسي دوره كارشناسي آموزش رياضي از ديدگاه دانشجويان و اساتيد دانشگاه فرهنگيان

Assessment of the internal efficiency of the bachelor's degree program in mathematical education From the perspective of students and professors of Farhangian University

پژوهش حاضر به منظور ارزيابي كارايي دروني برنامه درسي دوره كارشناسي پيوسته رشته آموزش رياضي دانشگاه فرهنگيان صورت گرفت. با استفاده از روش سرشماري تعداد 55 دانشجوي رشته رياضي و 7 نفر از اساتيد مدرس در اين رشته به عنوان نمونه آماري مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. ابزار جمع آوري داده ها پرسشنامه بود كه روايي(به روش تحليل گويه) و پايايي(با ضريب آلفاي 0/82) آن به تاييد رسيد. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار spss مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. طبق يافته هاي بدست آمده؛ كارايي دروني برنامه درسي رشته آموزش رياضي از ديدگاه دانشجويان و اساتيد اين رشته قابل قبول؛ اما از سطح كفايت مطلوب پايين تر بود. بعلاوه، از منظر دانشجويان، عناصر «زمان»، «فعاليت هاي يادگيري» و «اهداف» به ترتيب بهترين وضعيت را نسبت به ساير عناصر برنامه درسي آموزش رياضي دارا مي باشند. در حالي كه از ديدگاه استادان، عناصر «نقش استاد»، «مكان» و «فعاليت هاي يادگيري» به ترتيب وضعيت بهتري نسبت به ساير عناصر برنامه درسي آموزش رياضي دارا هستند. در هر حال به نظر مي رسد بازانديشي و بازنگري در برنامه درسي دوره كارشناسي آموزش رياضي به منظور ارتقاي كيفي كارايي دروني اهميت و ضرورت دارد.

The present study was conducted to evaluate the internal efficiency of the undergraduate curriculum of mathematics education at Farhangian University. This is a descriptive-survey study. , 55 mathematical students and 7 faculty members in this field were studied as a statistical sample. The data gathering tool was a questionnaire. Validity (by the method of cluster analysis) and reliability (with a coefficient of 0.82) were confirmed.Data were analyzed using spss software. According to the findings, the intrinsic effectiveness of the curriculum in mathematics education was acceptable from the viewpoint of students and professors of this field, but it was lower than the desirable level of adequacy. In addition, from the perspective of students, the elements of "time", "learning activities" and "goals" are in the best position compared to other elements of mathematics curriculum. While, from the viewpoint of the professors, the elements of "role of the master", "place" and "learning activities" are respectively better than other elements of the curriculum of mathematical education. However, it seems that rethinking and revising the curriculum of the masters' undergraduate degree is important and necessary in order to improve the quality of internal efficiency.
