مشكلات مربوط به درك فرآيند فتوسنتز در بين دانش‌آموزان ششم ابتدايي (مطالعه موردي در يكي از مدارس ابتدايي شهر اصفهان)

Problems in Understanding the Process of Photosynthesis among Sixth-grade Elementary Students (A Case Study in one of the Elementary Schools of Isfahan)

در اين پژوهش، مشكلات مربوط به درك فتوسنتز دانش‌آموزان كلاس ششم ابتدايي يكي از دبستان‌هاي شهر اصفهان موردبررسي قرار گرفت. ضمن مصاحبه با 28 دانش‌آموز ششم ابتدايي، پرسش‌هايي درباره مسائل شيميايي و زيست‌محيطي فتوسنتز مطرح شد. داده‌ها به كمك نرم‌افزار Prism Graph pad مورد تجزيه‌وتحليل قرار گرفتند. ازجمله مشكلات مشاهده‌شده از نتايج اين تحقيق شامل مشكل در درك اين موضوع كه موادي مانند آب و كربن دي‌اكسيد ميتوانند اجراي بدن موجود را بسازند؛ و مشكل در درك اين موضوع كه كربن دي‌اكسيد منبعي حياتي براي گياهان است. همچنين، بسياري فتوسنتز را نوعي تنفس تلقي مي‌كردند. مشكلاتي نيز در درك دانش‌آموزان از مفاهيمي مانند چرخه اكسيژن در طبيعت و توليدكنندگي به‌عنوان اولين گام زنجيره غذايي يافت شد. با توجه به اين مشكلات، توصيه مي‌شود كه برنامه درسي به شكلي اصلاح شود كه ابهامات دانش آموزان كمتر شود و معلمان نيز در تدريس خود، از مثالهاي كاربرديتر استفاده نمايند تا از ايجاد بدفهمي در دانش آموزان جلوگيري شود.

In this research, problems related to the understanding of photosynthesis in sixth-grade elementary students of one of the elementary schools of Isfahan were studied. Interviewed with 28 primary school students questions were raised about the chemical and environmental issues of photosynthesis. Data were analyzed using Graph pad prism software. One of the problems encountered in the study's findings is the problem of understanding that substances such as water and carbon dioxide can build on existing body and the living organism as a chemical substance, the difficulty in understanding that carbon dioxide is a critical source for plants. Also, many saw photosynthesis as breathing. Problems have also been found in students' concepts like the oxygen cycle in nature and autotrophic feeding as the first step in the food chain. Given these problems, it is recommended that the curriculum modified in a way that reduces students' ambiguity and teachers use more practical examples in their teaching to prevent misunderstandings among students.
