چكيده فارسي :
هدف اين پژوهش بررسي رابطه بين سلامت سازماني مدارس و رضايت شغلي معلمان به شيوه پيمايشي است. جامعه آماري پژوهش شامل تمامي معلمان مقطع ابتدايي شهرستان بابلسر به تعداد 365 نفر ميشود كه حجم نمونه بر اساس جدول كرجسي و مورگان 181 نفر تعيين و به شيوه نمونهگيري طبقهاي تصادفي انتخاب گرديدند. براي گردآوري دادهها از دو پرسشنامه سلامت سازماني ] [OHI [1]و رضايت شغلي [JDI] [2] اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﺳﻼﻣﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﻪ دﻟﯿﻞ ﻣﺒﺘﻨﯽ ﺑﻮدن ﺑﺮ ﻧﻈﺮﯾﻪ ﺳﻼﻣﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻫﻮي وﻓﻠﺪﻣﻦ، ﻧﻈﺮﯾﻪ ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﺗﺎﻟﮑﻮت ﭘﺎرﺳـﻮﻧﺰ و اﺳـﺘﻔﺎده از آن در ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘـﺎت داﺧﻠـﯽ و ﺧـﺎرﺟﯽ از رواﯾـﯽ ﻣﺤﺘـﻮاﯾﯽ ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار اﺳﺖ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻫﻤﺴﺎﻧﯽ دروﻧﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﮐﻨﺪال وﻫـﺎﻟﯿﻦ از 0/89 ﺗـ ﺎ0/92 و در ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻏﻨﯽ در ﺳﺎل 0/46 ،1373 ﮔﺰارش ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻋﻼوه ﺑﺮ اﯾﻦ ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺿﺮﯾﺐ آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ ﮐﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان آن ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ 0/86 و 0/94 ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣـﺪه اﺳـﺖ . داده ﻫـﺎي ﮔـﺮدآوري ﺷـﺪه ﺑـ ﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﭼﻨﺪ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮي ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ وﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ اﺑﻌﺎد ﺳﻼﻣﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ و رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري وﺟﻮد دارد ﮐـﻪ ﺿـﺮﯾﺐ ﻫﻤﺒﺴـﺘﮕﯽ آن 0/50 اﺳﺖ. اﯾﻦ ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﺪارس دوﻟﺘﯽ و ﻏﯿﺮدوﻟﺘﯽ ازﻟﺤـﺎظ اﺑﻌـﺎد ﺳـﻼﻣﺖ ﺳـﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻧﯿـﺰ دﯾـﺪه ﻣـﯽ ﺷـﻮد . ﻫﻢ ﭼﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﯿﻦ رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﻣﺪارس دوﻟﺘﯽ و ﻏﯿﺮدوﻟﺘﯽ ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري وﺟﻮد داﺷﺖ. اﻣـ ﺎ ﺑـﯿﻦ رﺿـﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﻣﺪارس دﺧﺘﺮاﻧﻪ و ﭘﺴﺮاﻧﻪ اﯾﻦ ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﻧﺸﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between teachers’ job satisfaction and organizational health of schools .The population consisted of 365 primary school teachers in BABOLSAR city, The subjects were selected based on a sample size of 181 using Morgan table by stratified random sampling method. Data obtained from both job satisfaction and organizational health questionnaire were analyzed by multivariate analysis of correlation coefficients. The results showed a positive relationship between job satisfaction and organizational aspects of health Vmnadary there. The significant difference was found between public and private schools in terms of the dimensions of organizational health. Also, there was a significant difference in job satisfaction among public and private school teachers as well as urban and rural school teachers in terms of their gender, but this difference was not significant. In addition, the results indicate that there was no significant difference between boys schools and job satisfaction The post hoc test for comparison between groups shows that male teachers have the highest rates of job satisfaction and female teachers in mixed-gender schools have high job satisfaction
