چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف از اﻧﺠﺎم اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ راﺑﻄﻪي ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﮐﺎري و ﺷﺎدﮐﺎﻣﯽ ﺑﺎ در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻦ ﻣﻘﯿﺎس رﺿﺎﯾﺖ از زﻧﺪﮔﯽ دﺑﯿﺮان ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻄﻪ ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن آزادﺷﻬﺮ در ﺳﺎل ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ 94-93 ﺑﻮد. روش ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ، ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ و ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري، ﮐﻠﯿﻪ دﺑﯿﺮان دﺑﯿﺮﺳﺘﺎنﻫﺎي ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن آزادﺷﻬﺮ در ﺳﺎل ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ 1393-94 ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 148 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻮد. ﺣﺠﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻓﺮﻣﻮل ﮐﻮﮐﺮان 102 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﺮآورد ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ و ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺷﯿﻮه ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺳﺎده اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. اﺑﺰار ﮔﺮدآوري دادهﻫﺎ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﮐﺎري داﻟﺘﻮن ، ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪي رﺿﺎﯾﺖ از زﻧﺪﮔﯽ Diener و ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺷﺎدﮐﺎﻣﯽSHS) Lyubomirsky( ﮐﻪ ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ آنﻫﺎ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ 0,91 ، 0/919 و 0/92 ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﺑﻪﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪوﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎ از روشﻫﺎي آﻣﺎري ﻫﻤﭽﻮن ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﭘﯿﺮﺳﻮن، آزﻣﻮن t و آﻣﺎر ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﮐﺎري و رﺿﺎﯾﺖ از زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﮐﻤﯽ از ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ ﮐﻤﺘﺮ و ﻣﯿﺰان ﺷﺎدﮐﺎﻣﯽ ﮐﻤﯽ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ از ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺳﻦ ، ﺳﺎﺑﻘﻪ ﮐﺎري و ﺟﻨﺴﯿﺖ ﺑﺎ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﮐﺎري و ﺷﺎدﮐﺎﻣﯽ راﺑﻄﻪي ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري ﻧﺪارد .وﻟﯽ رﺿﺎﯾﺖ از زﻧﺪﮔﯽ راﺑﻄﻪي ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري ﺑﺎ ﺳﻦ و ﺟﻨﺴﯿﺖ دارد. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻼت ﺑﺎ ﻣﯿﺰان ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﮐﺎري راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﯽداري ﻧﺸﺎن داد.ﻋﻼوه ﺑﺮ اﯾﻦ ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﮐﺎري و ﺷﺎدﮐﺎﻣﯽ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ وﺟﻮد ﻧﺪارد وﻟﯽ ﺑﯿﻦ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﮐﺎري ﺑﺎ رﺿﺎﯾﺖ از زﻧﺪﮔﯽ و ﺷﺎدﮐﺎﻣﯽ ﺑﺎ رﺿﺎﯾﺖ از زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري وﺟﻮد دارد. ﯾﻌﻨﯽ ﻣﯿﺰان ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﮐﺎري و ﺷﺎدﮐﺎﻣﯽ ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ روي ﻣﯿﺰان رﺿﺎﯾﺖ از زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﺑﮕﺬارد.
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between quality of working life and happiness in terms of life satisfaction among high school teachers in 93-94 academic year. Research methodology was a survey and the statistical population consisted of all the high school teachers in Azadshahr(N=148) in 1393-94 academic year. A sample size of 102 people was identified based on Cochran formula. The samples were selected by simple random sampling. Data collection tools consisted of QWL Dalton, Diener life satisfaction questionnaires and Lyubomirsky Happiness Questionnaire (SHS), the Reliability of which was determined 0/91, 0/919 and 0/92 respectively through Cronbach's alpha. Data was analyzed using statistical methods including Pearson correlation coefficient, t-test. The results showed that the quality of working life and life satisfaction was slightly lower than the average and the level of happiness was a little more than the average. Also it was found that age, work experience and gender had no significant relationship with the quality of working life and happiness but age and gender had a significant relationship with life satisfaction. Also it was shown that education had a significant correlation with the quality of working life. In addition, there was no correlation between the quality of working life and happiness but there was a significant positive correlation between the quality of working life with happiness and life satisfaction. This means that the quality of working life and happiness can influence the level of life satisfaction.
