چكيده فارسي :
هدف از اين پژوهش ارزيابي عوامل مؤثر بر رضايت دانشجويان رشته رياضي در محيط يادگيري الكترونيكي است. براي دستيابي به اين هدف از روش تحقيق كتابخانه‌اي و توصيفي استفاده شد. جامعه آماري تحقيق صاحب‌نظران، خبرگان رياضي و برنامه‌ريزان آموزش الكترونيكي دانشگاه فرهنگيان مازندران بوده و اعضاي نمونه 7 نفر از خبرگان با توجه به اهداف و سؤالات تحقيق به‌صورت هدفمند از بين آن‌ها انتخاب شدند. بر اساس ادبيات نظري تحقيق و با مشورت خبرگان و صاحب‌نظران، عوامل و معيارهاي كيفيت محيط يادگيري الكترونيكي در چهار بعد اصلي (كيفيت فني سيستم و زيرساخت تكنولوژي، كيفيت آموزشي، كيفيت اطلاعات و محتوا، كيفيت خدمات) و 24 معيار دسته‌بندي شدند. وزن هركدام از اين شاخص‌ها در جامعه موردمطالعه بر اساس پرسشنامه خبرگان با استفاده از فرآيند تحليل سلسله مراتبي فازي تعيين گرديد. تحليل داده‌هاي حاصل با استفاده از نرم‌افزار سوپر دسيژن انجام و عوامل فني سيستم و زيرساخت تكنولوژي، عوامل تكنولوژي و طراحي آموزشي، عوامل مرتبط با توليد محتوا و عوامل مرتبط با خدمات پشتيباني در كيفيت محيط‌هاي يادگيري الكترونيكي به ترتيب اهميت ارزيابي‌شده‌اند.
چكيده لاتين :
the aim of this study is to evaluate the factors affecting the satisfaction of students in the electronic learning environment and the determination of integrated and integrated models to measure their satisfaction . to achieve this purpose , library and descriptive research method was used . the statistical population of the experts of experts is the experts of the experts in the الكترونيكي of mazandaran , and sample members have been selected purposefully , according to the objectives and questions of the research . based on theoretical literature , and by consulting experts and experts , factors and quality standards of e - learning environment were the main dimensions ( technical quality of system and technology infrastructure , educational quality , information quality and content , service quality ) and 24 criteria . the weight of each of these indexes in the research community was determined based on the questionnaire questionnaire using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process ( خبرگان ) after obtaining this information and taking advantage of the experts opinion , the rule base should then be completed and a fuzzy expert system with matlab software was proposed to measure satisfaction
