بررسي ديدگاه معلمان در خصوص وضعيت صلاحيت هاي حرفه اي معلمان ابتدايي شهر تهران

A Study on Teachers’ Attitudes towards Primary School Teachers’ Competencies in Tehran

اين مطالعه به دنبال بررسي ديدگاه هاي دبيران در خصوص صلاحيت هاي حرفه اي معلمان ابتدايي در شهر تهران مي باشد. شيوه اعمال شده، تحقيق توصيفي است. جمعيت آماري شامل معلمان زن همه مدارس ابتدايي دخترانه در شهر تهران در سال تحصيلي 2016-2015 مي باشد، شيوه نمونه گيري تصادفي براي تعيين اندازه نمونه استفاده شده است. نمونه آماري شامل 226 نفر بوده است. براي جمع آوري داده هاي مورد نياز، پرسشنامه هايي استفاده شده است . ابزار جمع آوري داده در اين مطالعه پرسشنامه بوده است كه شامل 35 گويه با مقياس نوع ليكرت در 8 مولفه اصلي صلاحيت ارتباطي، شخصيتي، اخلاق حرفه اي، تدريس، رفتارهاي اجتماعي، مديريت كلاس وفناوري اطلاعات بوده است. روايي پرسشنامه توسط استادان راهنما ومشاور صورت گرفته است و پايايي آن از طريق آلفاي كرونباخ ارزيابي و 95/0 بوده است. آمارهاي توصيفي ( فراواني، ميانگين وانحراف معيار)، و آمارهاي استنباطي ( آزمون t و آزمون فريدمن) به وسيله نرم افزار SPSS محاسبه شده است. نتايج نشان داده است كه صلاحيت حرفه اي معلمان در شرايط خوبي بالاتر از حد متوسط مي باشد.

This study aimed to examine teachers ‘attitudes toward primary school teachers’ professional competencies in Tehran. This applied research was a descriptive survey. The statistical population included female teachers of all-girls primary schools in Tehran in 2016-2015 academic years. random sampling method is applied to determine the sample size. The statistical sample consists of 226 people. In order to collect the required data, questionnaire was used. The data gathering tool in this study was a questionnaire containing 35 items with a Likert type scale in 8 competency subcomponents of communication, character traits, professional ethics, teaching, social traits, classroom management and information technology. The validity of the questionnaire was assessed by supervisors and advisors an‎d its reliability which was calculated through Cronbach's alpha was 95/0. The descriptive statistics (frequency, mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (t-test and Friedman test) were calculated by using SPSS software. The results show showed that Teachers’ professional competencies are in good condition and than the average. Teachers ranking about professional competences is related to IT last priority and character is in The last rank.
