رشد و توسعه شگفت‌ انگيز علوم در چند دهه اخير ، دانشمندان و پژوهشگران را با شرايط متفاوت و تنگناهاي مختلف روبه‌رو كرده است. گسترش بداخلاقي علمي و پژوهشي و استفاده ابزاري از علوم و نوآوري ‌هاي علمي ، جامعه علمي و دانشگاهي را به چالش كشيده‌ است. رعايت اصول اخلاقي ركني مهم در اثربخشي پژوهش ها و در واقع يكي از راه هاي ارتقاي كيفيت و اعتبار پژوهش هاي علمي است. نقش اخلاق عالي انساني و كنترل و نظارت بر بهبود كيفيت اخلاق پژوهشي در تحقيقات دانشگاهي چيست؟ راهكار هاي بهبود اخلاق عالي انساني و كنترل و نظارت در تحقيقات دانشگاهي چيست؟ در پاسخ به سوالات مطرح شده ؛ بنظر مي رسد مشكل بداخلاقي پژوهشي‌ ريشه در دو عامل اصلي اخلاق‌ عالي انساني و كنترل و نظارت از سوي نهاد هاي زيربط مي باشد . از آنجا كه نظارت و كنترل بخصوص در رعايت اخلاق پژوهشي تحقيقات دانشگاهي ، بسيار راه گشاست رعايت اين دو اصل و بنيادي كردن آن مي تواند ما را در بهبود هرچه بهتر تحقيقات دانشگاهي ياري كند . اين مقاله كه به شيوه كتابخانه اي گردآوري اطلاعات شده ، به تبيين و طبقه بندي اين عوامل پرداخته و در پايان راهكار هايي جهت ارتقاي آن ها پيشنهاد شده است .

This paper presents the methods of collecting information library, to define and classify these factors, and finally strategies for its promotion is proposed.
