كشورها براي بقا در عرصه جهاني و تأمين نيازها و آرمان‌هاي خود اهداف مختلفي را تعريف و مشخص مي-كنند. در اين عرصه كشوري موفق خواهد بود كه متناسب با مقتضيات زمان و با بهره‌گيري از توان‌هاي مختلف در راستاي تامين منافع و امنيت ملي خود گام بردارد. بدون شك تحقق اين مهم در سه حوزه قدرت زميني، هوايي و دريايي امكانپذير خواهد بود. ايران به عنوان كشوري كهن و به واسطه برخورداري از سواحل طولاني، از اعصار گذشته به دريا توجه داشته است. حضور و حاكميت ايران بر دريا از زمان‌هاي دور بر كسي پوشيده نيست؛ اما با گذر زمان و كوتاهي حاكمان در اعصار مختلف اين حضور و حاكميت دچار فراز و نشيب‌هاي زيادي شده است. با توجه به تغييرات بوجود آمده در سياست‌هاي جهاني از جمله اقتصاد محوري و اهميت نقش دريا در اقتدار ملي، جمهوري اسلامي ايران ضرورت توجه و بهره‌گيري به مقولۀ دريا بعنوان اهرمي كارآمد در سياست خارجي و تحقق آرمان‌هاي ملي را در دستور كار خود قرار داده است. سياست تاكيد بر نيروي دريايي راهبردي، را بايد تلاشي در جهت جبران غفلت تاريخي، تأمين منافع، افزايش اقتدار ملي و عاملي براي سرعت بخشيدن به توسعه كشور به ويژه تحقق سند چشم‌انداز و توسعه ايران در افق 1404 دانست. يافته‌هاي تحقيق كه با روش توصيفي- تحليلي و بهره‌گيري از منابع مختلف كتابخانه‌اي و اينترنتي به دست آمده؛ ضمن تشريح وضعيت و اقدامات نيروي دريايي، بيانگر اهميت نقش دريا در اقتدار ملي و دقت نظر مسئولان نظام به بهره‌گيري هر چه بيشتر از اين حوزه دارد.

Today, with the abundance of Islamic Revolution and Islamic awakening emanating from it, Iran and muslim communities have taken the path of progress and prosperity, western societies that for various reasons, have been unable directly to fight are determined by every possible means including psychological operations and soft war, while weakening Iranian-Islamic culture create the field of secular minds and anti-Islamic in these communities This researchis done with analytical method and using the library resources, shows that " Prayer " is an important factor in preventing this atention and also is a very important factor in the spread of Iranian-Islamic culture. The person every day five times stands in front of Almighty God and shows his slavery, how can be his fancy slavery and the person expressed his helplessness on Gods home, how can go to pevils home? Such the conscious prayer, man and society and promises high culture and utopia.
