كتاب‌هاي علمي، از مهم‌ترين منابع براي تحقيق و پژوهش هستند. معرفي و مرور محتواي كتاب‌هاي علمي با زمينۀ پژوهشي مي‌تواند چشم‌انداز پژوهشي قابل قبولي را به پژوهشگران عرصه علم و دانش عرضه كند. كتاب Prebiotic Chemistry From Simple Amphiphiles to Protocell Models اثر پيتر والده در انتشارات بين‌المللي اشپرينگر در سال 2005، منتشرشده است. پژوهش حاضر با در نظر گرفتن اهمّيت مطالعات مروري در خلق و توسعه دانش بشري بر آن است نخست به معرفي اجمالي اين اثر علمي و بيان مواردي از برجستگي‌هاي آن پرداخته و نهايتاً به‌مرور مختصري بر چهار فصل از آن كتاب ارزنده كه هدف اصلي اين تحقيق مي‌باشد، بپردازد. يافته‌هاي اين پژوهش مروري كوتاه نشان داد: كتاب مذكور، در پنج فصل و ﺗﻮﺳﻂ پژوهشگران ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ به‌گونه‌اي ﻧﻮﺷﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ هركدام از فصل‌ها به‌صورت ﺟﺪاﮔﺎﻧﻪ و ﻃﺒﻖ ﻧﯿﺎز پژوهشگر قابل‌مطالعه ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ كه اين مورد يكي از برجستگي‌هاي اين اثر علمي به شمار مي‌آيد. همچنين، سرمنشاء حيات و پيدايش آن بر روي سياره زمين، شكل‌گيري موجودات زنده از مواد غيرزنده، سنتز پيش حياتي و...، از موضوعات اصلي در حوزه تحقيقات حيات به شمار مي‌آيند كه در كتاب فوق الذكر به آن‌ها تأكيد و توجه ويژه‌اي شده است.

Scientific books are one of the most important sources for research. Introducing and reviewing the content of scientific books with a research background can offer an acceptable research perspective to researchers in the field of science and knowledge. The book prebiotic chemistry from simple amphiphiles to protocell models, by peter walde, was published by springer international in 2005. Considering the importance of review studies in the creation and development of human knowledge, the present study intends to first briefly introduce this scientific work and express some of its highlights, and finally to briefly review four chapters of the valuable book that is the main purpose of this research. The findings of this study showed a brief overview: The above book has been written in five chapters by different researchers in such a way that each chapter can be read separately and according to the needs of the researcher, which is one of the highlights of this scientific work. Also, the origin of life and its origin on the planet Earth, the formation of living organisms from non-living matter, prebiotic synthesis, etc., are among the main topics in the field of life research that have been emphasized in the above book.
