چكيده فارسي :
مديريت اقتضايي ضمن به چالش كشيدن رويكردهاي كلاسيك و نئوكلاسيك تأكيد دارد كه در هر زمينه ميبايست، اتخاذ تصميم مديران مبتني بر درك درست از «موقعيت» ارزيابي شود؛ زيرا اين مسئله سهم تعيين‌كننده‌اي در كارايي و اثربخشي اهداف سازماني دارد. پژوهش حاضر به دنبال اين است كه ارزششناسي اين مكتب را كه نقش اساسي در نگرشها و شكل‌دهنده هنجارهاي نظري و مدل نيت رفتاري و الگو و ابزار سنجش اعمال، گفتار و كردار ديگران داشته و اتخاذ تصميم و عملياتي سازي آن، ريشه در آن دارد را با مراجعه به كلام وحي و با بهره‌گيري از روش تلفيقي مبتني بر روش‌هاي اكتشافي، فراتركيب و استنطاقي مورد تجزيه‌وتحليل قرار دهد. يافته‌هاي پژوهش نشان مي‌دهد كه ارزش‌هاي مطرح‌شده در مديريت اقتضايي در حوزه ارزش‌هاي ابزاري و غايي از قبيل اهميت دادن به محيط، اتخاذ سبك‌هاي متعدد، مشاركت گروهي، هماهنگي، تطابق و سازگاري، حسابگري، انسجام و همبستگي و بقاي سازمان، صرفاً از جنبه مادي و قراردادي نگريسته شده‌اند؛ حال‌آنكه قرآن تأكيد دارد كه در مسئله ارزششناسي، عوامل فرامادي مانند عوامل غيبي، تعالي، قرب و رضوان الهي، حسابگري و منفعت‌خواهي متناظر به سود دنيوي و اخروي، همياري نيز بايد لحاظ گردد. برآيند نهايي آنكه قرآن به اقتضائات زمان و مكان و محيط عنايت داشته و احكام ثانويه جايگاه ويژهاي در هندسه معرفت قرآني دارد؛ امّا اصول، احكام ثابت و ارزش‌هاي بنيادي تحت هيچ شرايطي تغيير نكرده و آنچه تغيير مي‌پذيرد، موضوعات است.
چكيده لاتين :
The contingency theory challenging the classical and neo-classical approaches, emphasizes that in each context, managers’ decisions must be evaluated based on a correct understanding of the “situation”; Because this issue has a decisive role in the efficiency and effectiveness of organizational goals. The present research seeks to criticize and review the axiology of this school of thought, which has a fundamental role in the attitudes and shaping of theoretical norms and model of behavioral intention and pattern and tools for measuring the actions, speech, and behavior of others, and its decision-making and operationalization rooted in it to be analyzed by referring to the revelatory word and using the combined method based on exploratory, meta-synthetic and interrogative/ cross-examination [istintaqi] methods. The research findings indicate that the values presented in contingency management in the field of instrumental and ultimate values such as importance to the environment, adoption of multiple styles, group participation, coordination, adaptation, prudence, cohesion and correlation and organizational survival are considered merely material and conventional dimensions, while the Quran emphasizes that in the matter of axiology of beyond-material factors such as occult factors, transcendence, divine nearness and pleasure, prudence and utilitarianism corresponding to worldly and otherworldly interests and cooperation should be considered also. The final result of this research is that the Quran pays attention to the requirements of time, place and environment and the secondary rules have a special place in the geometry of Quranic cognition; But principles, fixed rules, and fundamental values never change under any circumstances, but the subjects can change.
