چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف از اﻧﺠﺎم ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ راﺑﻄﻪ ﻫﻮش ﻫﯿﺠﺎﻧﯽ و ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﮐﺎري ﺑﺎ ﺧﻼﻗﯿﺖ ﺑﻮد. روش ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ از ﻧﻮع ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﺑﻮد و ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري آن ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﻤﺎﻣﯽ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن آﻣﻮزش و ﭘﺮورش ﻧﺎﺣﯿﻪ دو ﺑﻨﺪرﻋﺒﺎس در ﺳﺎل 1397 )120 ﻧﻔﺮ( ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ و ﺣﺠﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﻣﻮرد ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﻪ روش ﺳﺮﺷﻤﺎري ﺑﺮ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﻣﻨﻄﺒﻖ ﺑﻮد. در راﺳﺘﺎي ﺟﻤﻊ آوري داده ﻫﺎ از ﺳﻪ ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ﻫﻮش ﻫﯿﺠﺎﻧﯽ ﮔﻠﻤﻦ )1996(، ﺧﻼﻗﯿﺖ ﺗﻮرﻧﺲ)1973( و ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﮐﺎري واﻟﺘﻮن )1973( ﺑﻬﺮه ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ. ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ داده ﻫﺎ از ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﭘﯿﺮﺳﻮن و رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮن ﭼﻨﺪ ﮔﺎﻧﻪ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. در ﻧﻬﺎﯾﺖ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از آن ﻧﺸﺎن داد: ﺑﯿﻦ ﻫﻮش ﻫﯿﺠﺎﻧﯽ و ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﮐﺎري ﺑﺎ ﺧﻼﻗﯿﺖ راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﯿﻢ و ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري وﺟﻮد داﺷﺘﻪ و از اﯾﻦ ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ ﻫﻮش ﻫﯿﺠﺎﻧﯽ، ﭘﯿﺶ ﺑﯿﻨﯽ ﮐﻨﻨﺪه ﻗﻮي ﺗﺮي ﺑﺮاي ﺧﻼﻗﯿﺖ ﺑﻮد. از ﻃﺮف دﯾﮕﺮ ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﮐﺎري ﺑﺎ ﺧﻼﻗﯿﺖ ﻧﯿﺰ راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﯿﻢ و ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري وﺟﻮد داﺷﺘﻪ و ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ ﺗﺄﻣﯿﻦ ﻓﺮﺻﺖ ﻫﺎي ﺑﻼواﺳﻄﻪ ﺑﺮاي ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ و اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻗﺎﺑﻠﯿﺖ ﻫﺎي اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ دﯾﮕﺮ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎ ﭘﯿﺶ ﺑﯿﻨﯽ ﮐﻨﻨﺪه ﻗﻮي ﺗﺮي ﺑﺮاي ﺧﻼﻗﯿﺖ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﯿﻦ ﺗﻤﺎﻣﯽ ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻫﻮش ﻫﯿﺠﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺧﻼﻗﯿﺖ ﻧﯿﺰ راﺑﻄﻪ اي ﻣﺴﺘﻘﯿﻢ و ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار وﺟﻮد داﺷﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ ﺧﻮدآﮔﺎﻫﯽ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ دﯾﮕﺮ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎ ﭘﯿﺶ ﺑﯿﻨﯽ ﮐﻨﻨﺪه ﻗﻮي ﺗﺮي ﺑﺮاي ﺧﻼﻗﯿﺖ ﺑﻮد.
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence and quality of work life with creativity. Due to the nature of the research subject and goals, the descriptive correlational method was used and its statistical population consisted of all education staffs of 2 Bandar Abbas district (n = 120) in 1397 and the sample size was based on population census method. an‎d it covers all of society. Data were collected using three standard questionnaires of emotional intelligence (Golem man 1996), Torrance Creativity (1973) and Walton Quality of Work Life (1973). Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression. The results showed that there is a direct and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and quality of work life with creativity and among these variables, emotional intelligence is a stronger predictor of creativity. On the other hand, there was a direct and significant relationship between the components of quality of work life with creativity, and among its variables, providing immediate opportunities for development and utilization of human capabilities was a stronger predictor of creativity than other variables. Also, there is a direct and significant relationship between all components of emotional intelligence with creativity, and among these variables, self-awareness is a stronger predictor of creativity than other variables.
