بررسي رابطه نقش شغلي با تنش شغلي معلمان كودكان با نيازهاي ويژه

Investigating the relationship between job role and job stress of children's teachers with special needs

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسي رابطه نقش شغلي با تنش شغلي معلمان كودكان با نيازهاي ويژه بود. روش تحقيق توصيفي از نوع همبستگي بود و جامعه آماري اين پژوهش 1200 نفر بودند كه 291 نفر از معلمان با استفاده از نمونه گيري تصادفي طبقه­اي به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. گردآوري داده­ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه فيليپ رايس(1992) و پرسشنامه اسپيو(1987) صورت گرفت. جهت تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها از آزمون­هاي آماري ضريب همبستگي پيرسون، تحليل رگرسيون، تحليل واريانس يك عاملي و t مستقل استفاده شد.­ بر اساس نتايج به دست آمده بين نقش شغلي( بار كاري ، بي كفايتي، دوگانگي نقش، محدوده نقش، مسئوليت و محيط فيزيكي) با تنش شغلي(روابط بين فردي، وضعيت جسماني و علايق شغلي) معلمان كودكان با نيازهاي ويژه رابطه وجود دارد. بر اساس يافته­ هاي ديگر پژوهش، بين نقش شغلي و تنش شغلي معلمان كودكان با نيازهاي ويژه به لحاظ سابقه خدمت، مدرك تحصيلي و جنسيت تفاوت معناداري وجود نداشت. مساله تنش شغلي در همه مشاغل مطرح است اما در ارتباط با شغل معلم معناي خاصي پيدا مي‌كند چون يك معلم علاوه بر مسائل و مشكلاتي كه در همه افراد مطرح است، با برخي مسائل و مشكلاتي كه صرفا ناشي از نوع شغل وي است نيز مواجه مي‌شود.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between job role and job stress of children's teachers with special needs. The research method was descriptive correlational and the statistical population of this study was 1200 people, of which 291 teachers were selected using stratified random sampling. Data were collected using Philip Rice's (1992) questionnaire and Spio's (1987) questionnaire. Pearson correlation coefficient, regression analysis, one-factor and independent t-analysis of variance were used to analyze the data. Based on the results obtained, there is a relationship between job roles (workload, inadequacy, role duality, role range, Responsibility and the physical environment) and job stress (interpersonal relationships, physical condition, and job interests) of children's teachers with special needs. According to other research findings, there was no significant difference between the job role and job stress of children's teachers with special needs in terms of work experience, degree and gender. Job stress is a problem in all jobs, but it has a special meaning in relation to the job of a teacher, because a teacher, in addition to the issues and problems that are raised in all people, also faces some issues and problems that are only due to his job.
