مقاله حاضر ، شامل بيان اقداماتي است كه در درس كارورزي 3 براي بهبود « فن بيان» تحت يك تحقيق كنش پژوهي در كلاس درس رياضي صورت گرفت. مطالعه منابع مختلف در زمينه فن بيان و رعايت برخي از اصول هنگام تدريس سبب شد تا مهارت هايي چون برقراري ارتباط چشمي، رسا بودن صدا، خارج نشدن از چارچوب اصلي، شيوه ي طرح يك سؤال براي آغاز، شيوه‌ي طرح پرسش براي درگير كردن ذهن دانش آموزان به موضوع موردنظر، استفاده از زبان بدن و چهره، داشتن چهره اي گشاده، و حالت چهره در هنگام تدريس به منظور جلب اعتماد دانش آموزان، تغيير آهنگ صدا يا vocal variety ، به كار بردن مثال هايي همراه با حكايت و داستان به منظور ماندگار شدن مطالب در ذهن دانش آموزان، رعايت اصل حضور با ظاهري آراسته، شيوه به حافظه سپردن مطالب، رعايت تنفس در بين صحبت ها، صحبت كردن واضح و شيوا در من به وجود آيد و نيز تمركز بر اين مهارت ها سبب شود تا « فن بيان » به عنوان موضوع مد نظر بهبود يابد به طوري كه در پايان جلسات تدريس حتي در صحبت هاي روزمره نيز تغييراتي ايجاد شد.
